Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

What if I told you that mastering lucid dreaming could save you from the AI apocalypse? Lucid dreaming is your key to avoiding becoming AI's puppet.
In this video, I reveal how practicing lucid dreaming trains your mind to avoid being manipulated by advanced AI.
As technology improves, you'll need serious lucid dreaming skills to keep your free will.
On this channel I teach you my proven lucid dreaming techniques to start controlling your dreams tonight, but there's more to it than just lucid dreaming! With practice, you'll get so good at realizing when you're dreaming that you'll be able to spot AI illusions in the real world.
When you learn how to have lucid dreams on command and use them to develop the skills to question everything you experience.
When Artificial Intelligence generated content, as recently demonstrated by Open AI's Sora, becomes indistinguishable from reality, your lucid dreaming abilities may be the only thing stopping robots from hijacking your mind.
I'll also explain how AI can already exploit your online personality to manipulate you. My lucid dreaming training will ensure you keep your skepticism and stay one step ahead.
Escape the AI apocalypse by learning this one simple lucid dreaming trick today! Learning to lucid dream is way more than just learning how to lucid dream tonight...

    Concerned. It's funny, because I love science fiction, but now that so much of what used to seem like science fiction to me is becoming true, it is worrisome in a number of ways. I know I am biased against AI imagery, having been a visual artist most of my life, but it does make me nervous both from a selfish perspective (concern for my career), and from a humanity perspective (how much thinking and doing are we offloading to AI, and is that bad for humanity in general?)

    a mix between good and bad. the good part is that maybe the AI can be smarter and can even cure cancer or make human beeings Immortal (wait, is that realy a good thing?!) but the bad, is that i seen so much sci fi movies like I Robot, Terminater etc were the AI is turning evil or more smarter that human beeings, it can create End of all Humans or there can be a war agains us Humans and AI (robots). but i think i have too much fantasies and its maybe a bit too over the top but i dont trust AI (mainly because of all these Scifi movies)

    Very concerned. In my opinion humanity is again playing with fire like 1945 when the first nuclear bomb was detonated and it wasn't completely clear if it would ignite the atmosphere - They still ignited it. But in contrast to nukes AI might not be controllable anymore in the future. As a science fiction fan I read too many books and saw too many movies where you get respective warnings. One of those old movies is for example Colossus: The Forbin project. But there are also very recent movies where the AI danger is illustradet again like the new Mission Impossible movie. Once AI is "in the wild", can replicate, can alter it's own coding and is not dependent on a power switch anymore we will have lost control.

    Thank you Jim! I agree, the world is an absolute minefield when attempting to assess truth, which is why critical thinking and research skills are so very useful. It's definitely an overlooked aspect of lucid dreaming, and perhaps the one that is most practical and transferable into every other aspect of our lives, from our beliefs, politics, shopping habits, and pretty much everything else!

    The most likely answer is that you're experiencing REM rebound as your body returns to normal, and the air conditioner is keeping your mind a little more alert, as the external noise keeps your mind somewhat more alert as it maintains a level of environmental awareness. The combination of these two things would likely lead to spontaneous lucidity, unfortunately it's likely not a long term solution, but still enjoyable while it lasts!

  • @LucidDreamPortal

    @LucidDreamPortal

    5 ай бұрын

    Focus your energy on the past two weeks, and any dream signs that have been consistent over months or years. Think of dream content as "things my brain is currently processing/interested in". That's what you're trying to establish. Dream signs are really little more than current (or ongoing) thoughts, feelings, themes, and environmental elements that the brain currently has a predisposition towards. The idea is quite simple: what is my brain currently focusing on, and can I then use those as triggers in waking life to cue a reality check. Because these themes are generally linked to current "brain weather" you should find plenty of cues during waking hours. Again, this is why we focus on more recent dreams, because these things change over time... just like the weather.

  • @LucidDreamPortal

    @LucidDreamPortal

    Thanks Calvin, really appreciate your support. And yes, absolutely correct, nowhere near a beach! I think you're right, I think it's the inbetween phases where select groups of people and organisations will have an absurd amount of power. As for dream journaling, it's not so much it increases the vividness, but will allow you to recall your dreams in such a way that they will subjectively feel more vivid. In other words, dreams are mostly all very vivid when they are occurring, but our recollection of those memories are fuzzy and poor.

    Hey Daniel , two questions here so i will leave them in two different super chats. The first one is how do you use a lucid dream to re-enter a previous dream. I know its possible if you wake up from a pleasant dream you can easily get back to it if the variables are right. But how do i use lucid dreaming to re-enter/continue a dream story from two years ago 😅?

  • @LucidDreamPortal

    @LucidDreamPortal

    5 ай бұрын

    Thank you so much Bankan. This would really boil down to using dream control to your advantage, that's pretty much the only way to achieve this. I'd use a little reframing, such as the Holodeck concept, or a portal, to simply transition whichever dream environment you find yourself in to the preferred dreamscape. I hope that helps!

    I love this style of editing in the beginning. also interesting concept. questioning reality. by the way, not sure if you can answer this, but i'll ask again in the Livestream sunday (if it works this time lol) if it cant be answerd now but... What about False Memories? i heard sometime ago that one of the Dangers of Lucid Dreaming is that it can create False Memories because they're real experiences, due to the mind knowing its dreaming so maybe you remember something but it never happened. imagine if i have a Lucid Dream and talk to dream characters and those characters are my friends. according to some who feel this Danger, sometimes you say things in real life that certainly never happened but you realy knew for certain you said it or experienced it but the friend in real life has absolutely no memory because it was a dream were that happened. is that even possible and if so, is that somewhat dangerous or is'nt it something to worry about. and what's your opinion on this subject about Lucid Dreams creating False Memories?! anyway, once again, love this new style of video and an interesting subject.

    I could tell that some parts of the outdoor clips were fake (albeit, I knew the first one was fake but for the wrong reasons) but they were convincing, especially with how you were able to implement touch and sound into it. It got easier to figure out what was fake/what wasn't when I figured out the techniques used to fool, but it was convincing for a few seconds, especially that first clip! I do worry about AI and what it's development means, but it always seems like a "low priority" worry. AI is always in the news for some reason or another but its just a minute or two in comparison to other topics. This isn’t even mentioning that a lot of companies are using AI and slowly implementing them into their services. It's like a slow boil where most people won't realize what's happening before it's too late. AI is becoming increasingly hard to escape/not use. Just a few months ago I approached someone for help with a class I was taking and they recommended me use AI to figure out where I was messing up. I've also been using AI to critique my creative writing and I genuinely feel insulted sometimes where it suggests that I've messed up at a certain part. It's scary about how we're becoming more dependent on AI and how fast it's growing. It's even more scary how companies have to confirm that they aren't using AI in their products. Great video today and love how immersive it was! I really appreciate the "sit down" type of videos where it somewhat feels like a conversation. Hope the AI algorithm treats this good!

    Hey, do you know why I sometimes have lucid dreams where I can hear voices that sound like they are coming from the real world, I can feel my bed, but am in the dream and trying to stay asleep? When I wake up there are no real voices though. (I wasn't daydreaming while laying there, it was a proper dream. I don't feel like explaining that as it might take some time. Usually these happen directly after real lucid dreams.

  • @LucidDreamPortal

    It's most likely a form of false awakening, what I mean by that is false awakenings (dreams of waking up) are basically expectation based dreams, we expect to wake up so our mind fills in the gaps. It's almost like you're having a version of this, you know you're sleeping, so your mind creates false external "real" sensory distractions. Hopefully that makes sense.

I think I was still dreaming for a few seconds but not positive. Any idea why (scientifically) that would have triggered without a real stimulus?

  • @LucidDreamPortal

    @LucidDreamPortal

    I don't think there would be any meaningful scientific answer to that. But it is worth considering that your dream body is the same mental model your brain uses in waking life to represent your physical body, so it's not an impossible stretch of the imagination that one could trigger reflexes by interacting with the dream version of this model. But this is pure speculation

    100% normal, all lucid dreams happen in dreams - unless I'm misunderstanding what you're saying?

    There is a LOT of misinformation out there. Think of it this way, you could try to open a can of beans forever with a banana peel, and never succeed... why? Because the tools are wrong. That's how lucid dreaming is, most of the information out there - especially from "popular" channels - is complete nonsense that will waste your time. The trick is to use the right tools for the job. I'm a professional lucid dreaming teacher and researcher, so I make sure any advice here on the channel is grounded in science and is effective. I'd recommend starting on the 19 day course - it requires membership, but the first few lessons are free, so you can see if you like it :)
