You are not making sense. You are expecting perfection from others whereas there’s no perfect human being, you too, are not perfect. CJ Mutunga is a good person and he did what was required to be done in the given time and place. Be blessed.

Maraga came after Mutunga, so we cant say there was a precedence. But....Mutunga had the best opportunity to set the precedence and Maraga wont have had to deal with anything

@@christopherotieno8536 I think CJ Mutunga did the best job for the time then and in that situation. What a reasonable man does is not end up the dead hero. Think Msando. Further in the court of 5 or 7 justices the majority decision rules and the CJ has no say in the matter but to deliver the verdict which he never did. Read the floor: Mutunga did not read it hence impliedly did not agree with it. Read the scene properly.
