This has nothing to do with what can be done to stop floads in Kenya. Why are you peoples have a bleming mind set? This will not make a better world. William Ruto is talking about the ecces water that is causing flooding and death! Why Insulting him if he is trying his best to found solutions to avoid flooding? What Kagame said did not answer the question of the subject. In this case it's how to avoid peoples from dying from water flooding. Unless nobody care! Stop criticism that are not productive because this is just not the subject at hand. Africa is moving forward now let's go! Move forward! And know this in your mind to activate positive actions for positive changes wealth and success for the Africans for sure as we move forward its will happen in the name of God. Have faith. That water that is flooding can not be wasted because it is water from the Lord that is even purified to keep the finest through a natural purification from the sea to the clouds. Its need to be put to good usage. And purrified because its made a long journey fron haven to the earth as its arrive in our homes so that we can drink it and cook and wash with it. Its is better water because even the pollution or a bit of durt will never be as bad as the terrible heavy metals we found in underground water. That is taken where demostic waste and dead people god back because cofins are note made of iron metal wood go back to dust so do dead bodies. As well there is so many heavy metals that are damaging like Aluminium and Lead in underground water. By the way where does toilet waste go back to? Also deep in the undergoing same way. Rain purrified water It's the best water for domestic usage. And its so easy to purrifie as its come all the ways from heaven. And to avoid fload we need to build reservoir like rivers and ither water reservoir that will keep this water and bluid systems that will bring the water in to a purification system and connect it to home pipes, business etc. And please plant as many tres as you can and avoid cutting them too much. Trees are life saving. Uganda and possibly Tanzania need to do exactly the same. Because the fact that Uganda and Tanzania did cut many of his forest trees may be also affecting kenya because there is no leaves to collect the water nor plants that benefit of if, and the peoples of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Burundi, need to take advantage of God's blessing and make its a good usage. Because God made it rain so that he can create us, so that we may take care of life for him, in the name of Jesus. The way is upward towards heaven, trough the Lord that provide not down below . In the name of Jesus We must keep the rivers very clean to avoid being responsible for the cause of pollution. No more plastic in rivers. Infact no more plastic at all even bottles must be of glasse, recollected and reused all over the world. This will save money, create jobs and save planet. Maybe supermarkets and businesses can give us a little money if we personally return those glasse to them, for encouragement for the good will of saving this planet.

Indeed, let's cut the pretence right here, right now! WE ALL KNOW that not for a single moment did the countries of the West ever intend the countries of Africa to enjoy the advantageous and cosy framework that the countries of the West were setting up for themselves through the Bretton Woods agreement. Africa was labouring under colonial rule imposed by those very same countries of the West; and as far as the West was concerned, Africa was going to stay forever under colonial rule. So, the West never intended for Africa to partake of and enjoy this wonderful new world order. Let us not bother pretending otherwise about any of this. Let’s call a spade a spade. The West makes a lot of noise about ‘democracy’ and about its 'international rules-based system, be that Bretton Woods, the World Bank, the IMF, the United Nations, the International Criminal Court (a Court we have just learned was set up specifically to target and control Africa), etc., etc., etc. But WE HAVE ALL seen, known and lived the reality of how these were set up, and have been wielded for the benefit of a few at the expense of the many; and how they have also been used as a weapon against the rest of the world, especially Africa, up to the present day. Africa’s only role in all this was to provide labour and the resources that would first underpin Europe’s contribution to this cosy set-up that the West had created for itself, and then to become a source of labour, raw resources, and a market for the West. And every effort has been made and continues to be made to maintain this situation to the present day. The West does not give a damn about us Africans. Looking at the recent ridiculous and disrespectful behaviour of France and the US in various African countries and listening to all the recent calls in the West to re-colonise Africa, it is clear that the West does not even consider Africans as Human Beings. In their eyes, we are expendable. So, why do we Africans continue to pretend that we do not see the great lengths that the West have gone and continue to go to prevent Africa from ever rising, from ever becoming a developed, prosperous, sovereign continent of people who live lives of ease, grace and dignity? Why on earth do we continue to talk nonsense about reforming these institutions to make them more representative of the interests of the whole world? Why must Africa constantly beg for a seat at the tables of the West, who when they condescend to do so, figuratively cram all the leaders of the 50 plus African countries onto one chair at the farthest possible corner of a table, or literally cram them into one tiny room where they are obliged to sit cheek by jowl and listen to some blinking, self-obsessed Western official lecture them about the needs of the West? Foreigners can never build your country for you especially when they believe that it is not in their best interest to do so. When foreigners regard you as the slaves and your lands as the resources that enable their wealth and that make their life comfortable, you can rest assured that they will do their utmost to keep you forever as slaves. The only help that you will get is just enough knowledge to enable you to follow their instructions to the letter so that you can better serve them. The minute you attempt to acquire more knowledge, which inevitably brings with it the realization that you are the same as your slave masters and are entitled to the same freedom, rights and privileges that they enjoy, your slave masters will do everything in their power to mercilessly crush you, to stop you from ever making such an attempt again. This attitude and practice on the part of those who manage to gain and wield power over others is as old as history. And equally as old as history is the fact that freedom is rarely, if ever, willingly and freely granted by slave masters to their slaves. Slaves have to work, have to stand up and fight, snatch and hold on to, value and make the most of their freedom, determined that never ever again will anybody take it from them. Why does Africa continue to pretend that it does not know, and has not known for decades, for centuries, that this is the reality?? Even if slaves decide that the past is the past and they decide to forgive and forget, such an act is meaningless if the slaves refuse to move on from the past and change their circumstances, but instead continue to be treated and ill-treated as slaves. So long as we continue in this beggar and slave mindset and refuse to change, and so long as we continue to refuse to see that Africa cannot and should not blindly follow in the footsteps of the West when it comes to the development of the continent, as their way is no longer sustainable and no longer viable, but rather that Africa should chart a new and different course, we can forget about Africa rising. Disruption is indeed the order of the day, and by disruption we mean that WE DEVELOP OUR OWN and leave the West alone. The problem with Africa is that AFRICANS REFUSE TO GROW UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEVELOPING THEMSELVES AND DEVELOPING THEIR CONTINENT, AND THE POLITICAL LEADERS OF AFRICA ABSOLUTELY EPITOMIZE THIS. We talk a lot of bu****it about 'democracy', paying lip service to our colonial masters - masters who have never succeeded in practicing democracy in their own countries, and definitely have never adhered to democratic principles when it comes to Africa. Why do we continue to pretend that this is not so???? Africans are the most GULLIBLE people on this Earth. And we FEAR everything. The end result is that we do not trust ourselves, but we believe any and every crap we are told by every foreigner even when we can see that it is absolute rubbish and don’t hesitate to fight and kill ourselves. We do not question anything. We hand over responsibility for our lives to foreigners, to deities, to the ancestors, to the elders, to any and everything and everybody else, except shoulder it ourselves. We behave like lemmings, just following without thought, and trying to adopt, adapt and conform to a civilization that we can all see very clearly is no longer viable and sustainable. If it were, the rest of the world would not right now be trying to re-colonize us or even eliminate us, to get their hands on our resources. We do not have the courage to envision a new civilization for ourselves based on different principles and to create it. Instead we spout rubbish about 'democracy' and threaten, penalize and terrorize our fellow Africans when they are forced to take drastic measures to alleviate the thoroughly miserable conditions under which their citizens are living and suffering. At the rate we are going, perhaps we should indeed ask ourselves if Africans are Human Beings anymore. Because, firstly, we refuse to behave like mature adults and handle our lives and take care of our business; and secondly, we are treating ourselves in the same cruel, inhuman, and perverted manner that we have experienced and continue to experience at the hands of the rest of the world.

Thank you very much, H E Mr. President Paul Kagame. It is very general, a vision of steps to be taken. What is always important are the actors and, above all, those who take responsibility for ensuring that the goals are clearly achieved, goals with all the intermediate steps. This requires authentic advisors who speak the truth clearly and unambiguously in the interests of the project and propose efficient solutions. No one needs yes-men - in responsible positions - in such projects. In other words, the second tier has to act responsibly. You have already built an architecture for this in your country, the problem is always the people - especially in the second line - because most of them are not as straightforward as you are. However, I am very grateful for what you have achieved and for what you are doing. It was and is something great for Rwanda.

Na ndyo utapata bado kuna watu wanajiita ma hustler ati wanakufia UDA!!! Bana Ruto went to the United States to do TRADING. Ruto anajua ni kunoma come the next election. Amekopa madena zingine mwenda sana for things Kenyans have not seen. So creditors are knocking and the only way of throwing us, or let me say him (akingoja next election) a life raft is to tax folks more. So knowing that wakenya kuna vile wanaamka and hi maneno inezaumana (na by the way kishaanza kuumana kwa the UDA party), then ilibidi aende US, to save himself because China nao have stepped back kidogo from financing Africa. Wamekuwa a bit cautious with defaults. They are a bit frugal. US needs a foothold in Africa to keep the Chinese off. So Ruto knowing that the US also is looking for a deal, he had to approach the Americans to save him. And by the way, was it not this same Ruto alisema sijui hakuna borrowing?? Was it not this same Ruto who wants to sijui walk away from the dollar??? Was not it this same Ruto who said Baba was only looking for positions for his friends?? Na ni nani ameweka a bunch of friends kwa positions left right center?? Was it not this same Ruto alisema ati sijui opposition ni ukabila and the lords of poverty?? Na hi serikali imejaa employees kutoka sehemu gani ama jamii gani hii Kenya?? Was not it this same Ruto who said, Kenya is a sovereign country that has to shield itself from external forces? Mimi ntasema hivi as a rational citizen. 1) WSR and this regime have been the greatest looters youve ever seen. Hi serikali ikifanyiwa auditing vizuri, trust me, hata revolution inafanywa kesho. 2) WSR does not have your interest. Anajiundia yake and watu wake. 3) Yani mimi sijaione orezzo danganyifu kama WSR. I've never seen. Yani huyu boy ako na big talk sana, trying to sound rationally international and HAKUNA KITU. 4) WSR has SOLD our country to the West. Ametuuza bei cheap sana na ametuuza mchana. Americans are USING Kenyans like puppets...and I can say here without fear, hawa wa marekani ndyo walipea WSR the presidency, not ordinary Kenyans. The reason I feel Baba will never win is becuase somehow Baba has socialist leanings...no way the Americans can allow the Russians to have a foothold here. Ona vile wanasumbua Museveni, and vile walisumbua TZ during Magufuli years. 5) Hi mambo ya sijui climate change, sijui carbon credits for Africa and affordable housing and sijui renewable resources, industrial agriculture, Kenya kuwa sustainable, is ALL CRAP. The US is the "boogeyman" behind all that talk. Yani Americans could not be happier, they found the best puppet to do their bidding. Imefika wakati, si issue ya sijui central vs. rift valley vs. nyanza...imefika where we now have to wake up and save this country from the western sharks. The traitor we have in this country si hata UDA but nyinyi wenye mnapigia hawa watu kura, nyinyi ma MPs wenye mna support the UDA agenda, and all you Kenyans in public space with selfish interests. Kenyans lets teach our children to be politically sharp and responsible from a young age...na Yesu pia msiwache nyuma. THANK YOU kwa kusoma this far. I appreciate. And Wamuchomba, keep the fight Iron Lady.
