This is wonderful, I have mobility issues due to my extremely obese size and have recent lost 30lbs and am starting to work out. Some of the knee bending stuff I could not do so I modified them but I got my heart rate up and it was very calming

I’ve needed a motivation to start working out again and this was IT! It was perfect considering I’m not nearly as fit as I used to be, my muscles burned in all the right places and just the right amount, the breathing reminders are always welcome and not to mention that the voice is soo soothing and calm - all in all: chef’s kiss
I loved this! Oftentimes I want to get moving as a way to "shake the day off" and clear my mind after a long or annoying work day, but I don't have the energy or desire to do a full intense workout. This was the perfect length and difficulty level. Will be adding to my routine of self-care!
You wouldn't know it at first glance, but this workout makes me sweat more than those 20+ minutes high impact workouts!
This was amazing. Thank you so much! I have been wanting to get Al back into working out but have been overwhelmed. This was so quick and easy and flowing; it was so lovely and enjoyable. It made me want to work out more regularly. I think this would be a wonderful first thing in the morning workout. I’m going to try again!
I was doing high intense cardio workouts. I find this moderate workout to be just as beneficial. It's my go to exercise before I go to work- I work in Healthcare & this simple workout helps maintain my ability to feel and think clearer.
As someone with chronic hypermobility I struggle to find exercises that don't make me subluxate, but these are perfect.
I'm from Canada, I love her too. She is so pleasant and nice and loving it is a pleasure to do these workouts.
