Low impact BALLET LEGS workout with MARIINSKY ballerina Maria Khoreva

I think this workout is a perfect definition of "roll out of bed and work out with me". Today we're doing low impact legs and this routine was perfect for me when I was injured and could not put any pressure on my ankles. Most of the exercises are knee-friendly as well although be careful while standing on all fours if you have any knee problems! The workout is pretty easy but my legs and core felt really toned after ten minutes of work.

I actually don’t mind! It was really nice months ago when you and your sis were outside but I think maybe that is not possible! Honestly, the workouts are soooo good, who cares about the background! But maybe if you could do your routines in front of a full length window? With a snowy backdrop? Just a thought....what I really like is when you do a preview of the workouts beforehand. That is very helpful! Keep it up girl, I absolutely love your workouts! Aloha🤙🏝

Instead of doing an interview or anyother way, and uploading to KZread , you created two low impact, restricted your movements videos while you still can't dance on stage. I really appreciate your effort, and ingenuity. 👏👏👏❤❤❤
Can you please do a workout that helps to use the right muscles on extensions because I always use my hip flexor and quad, and o need to strengthen the right muscles. Also I LOVE your video and congrats of the ballet competition!!! ♥️

To straighten your legs you have to use your quads though…
i didnt realise how weak i was until i started doing ballet dancer workouts omfg

I just did this workout and it was amazing! Please keep uploading these kinds of workouts because they're the perfect level for me (considering the fact that I usually workout after I wake up so my body isn't ready to do difficult cardio and strength training yet and I have to leave home early for school), and they're really short and enjoyable.

Excellent low impact legs workout 1 mn each move one after the other so u keep being warmed up not too fast so u have time to make each move correctly placed and strong. White background highlights moves and colour varied outfit type plus socks very helpful so u can see clearly each part of body involved and how muscles work. Very appropriate and useful explanations all along. Wondering whether this exercise short and concise should be done on a daily basis? 👌🙏💖😊

this hurts a lot (im actually giving it my all so each time i can really feel it) but i refuse to give up! the routine is simple enough despite the pain and quick enough where i dont look at the timer and dread that theres 15 minutes left of the workout haha.
