While I'm really good at ballet, my turns are really not that good. My teacher told me that what is missing is back strength and she told me to start working on my back at home. I really hope that if I do this workout regurarly my turns will be better. Also, I love how much u motivate us during the exercises. The thing that motivated me a lot was when u said "okay 10 seconds guys, you can do anything for 10 seconds" I was going to fall apart but I didn't thanks to that!Thank you so much!

I think lacking back strength is my problem too. Did you see an improvement in your turns after strengthening your back?

Back and core strength was what really made the difference for me with turns! Keep on going! :)

@@maral.9997 Thank you for your comment! I REALLY hope it helps. It's tough because I know the conditioning will take a while - to build up my strength - and I won't know if it's going to help for a long time.

That's me, too! I have been doing this every day I don't do ballet (as it's too much), 5 days a week, so far I see improvement :)

Love this! I’ve been doing this for 4 or 5 days now (idk don’t remember haha) and I notice each time I’m repeating this exercise, my back feels stronger than the last repetition. Less and less struggling… that means stronger and stronger back muscles. Love it! Thanks for posting this video
I want to improve my core and back strength for dance and am planning on doing this everyday! I tried a back workout for men that was 15 minutes long and finished it without breaking a sweat or pausing. This actually made me feel the burn and work hard! Thank you Maria!

I’m not a ballerina but whew! Thank you!! Mobility exercises are my favourite and I’ve been needing a stronger back for my daily life, exercises and to look even more elegant in my dresses (I’m a full length dress type of girl 😅). So, thank you! The back burn is real!!!

Maria, I just have to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for sharing so much training knowledge with us. I'm 38 years old, I've been doing ballet for 2 weeks (ever, 4 classes so far), and thanks to YOUR exercises and stretches, the adult open class cannot comprehend that I am so flexible and can follow all of the barre exercises without ANY childhood/teenage ballet training!!! Obviously, I cannot follow all the dance routines immediately, as they just name the positions/movements and I need to copy by watching them, but I'm feeling very strong and I can do everything they throw at me, in demi-pointe, thanks to your videos!!! My goal is to go on pointe in one year... here's hoping :)

love this and all back workouts, we all need this, workign muscles i dont know i have esp that back bow crossover thing. Would love to see longer workouts on focused body parts or 2 parts combined in 30min or 40 min
you literally do have the best and most effectiv workouts here on youtube. I´m doing minimum one workout per day at your channel.
I did again this workout after one month strengthening my abs and glutes: could do all the moves to my ability except plank with lifts (need to work on my arms strength 🤫) especially the swimmers and bird dogs which I couldn’t first time. With patience and motivation one can achieve more than what was planned 😁. Super workout as usual.☘️🙏
