My non-curly hair, coworkers, or those who have curly hair, but straighten it, don’t understand why I would take the hour or usually less than an hour every 4 to 6 days, to do my curly hair routine using multiple products. I tell them that I spend one hour a week, and I don’t have to do much if anything during the week due my hair , so I actually spend less time per week than they do.
I love this video, I have severe arthritis in my back so sometimes I can’t do my curly hair routine. What I’ve been doing is just putting off washing my hair, but sometimes it get pushed back a number of days and I have very fine hair and an oily scalp so it’s not a great situation! I’ll definitely be trying this! I would also, love to see an organization video. I’m fairly new to embracing my curls (15 mo) and have more products then I ever had when I straightened my hair and my cabinets are a mess…😂

Thank you so much! I have just posted another curly hacks video just now and may include a few things which could help with styling hair and diffusing! I also include product storage hacks ❤️✨
You are delightful to watch. Such a great personality. I have just started to learn to wear my hair curly after decades of straightening it. Your channel is one the of the best I have found. Thanks!
I love your hair! I would love to see an organizational video. We can always learn something new! 😌
I ALWAYS do a low maintenance curly routine. I never use more than 2 products after shampoo and conditioner. After raking the products through, I just flip my head over and run a brush through and scrunch. I always air dry. Luckily for me, my curls don’t take more than a few to couple of hours to dry. I then sotc and am ok with the results.💁🏻♀️ I love the fullness and definition in your curls BTW.💖💖
Great video. I’m new to all this and finding the long washday routines exhausting so I’m gonna give this a whirl. Feel better soon, Sophie xx

I love this Sophie, I've been ill too and I need a wash day desperately, which I will do tomorrow. Totally agree with you, putting a lot into wash day definitely helps with longevity but we don't always have the energy 😁. I would also love to see a product organisation video 👍👍x

Loved this! Would be great to see how it does look tomorrow since you mentioned it doesn't hold nearly as well. Great video!
Weighing effort now against effort later makes perfect sense, especially if you don’t want to risk damage with your hair constantly being put up. Knowing your minimums also makes sense for when you need it done now or need to have your hair up for work anyways.
Awesome video! New subscriber here and I love your tips and videos I’m finding them so helpful. My curls are definitely looking more defined with less frizz and I’m much happier with my hair! Would love to see an organization video 😀
Struggle with my curly hair forever so going to give this a try.
Hair looks amazing as always! Really hope you start to feel better soon lovely xxx

Today we are Monday the 20th of January 2024 and I am wishing everybody a great start of the week.Excellent Week!
Ahhhh great! I sometimes do it with just a cream on weeks where I work most days (I have to wear my hair up for work unfortunately 😢) but I’ll try this! I would also really like to see you do the wash now style later situation because when I tried it, I failed miserably ahahahah
@sophiemariecurly

Ah yes I have also done this with a cream before too! And would do that if my hair was very dry or brittle rather than the heat protectant perhaps. I haven’t tried wash now style later very many times! But I will give it another go soon and share my results 🥰 what didn’t go right with it, for you?
@leonor.pacheco

@@sophiemariecurly yeah mine sometimes is not that dry so perhaps not the best choice. I’ll try this for sure. I think it didn’t work because I didn’t have enough water? Didn’t get much definition or volume. Loads of frizz, like too much 😂

I was hoping for this too. I go swimming once a week at night, so I was wondering if I should do a whole thing before bed, or a half- thing and finish before I run off to work, ya know? Is it possible?
Aww I hate seeing you so poorly, but glad you are a lot better. Great video idea and yes I would like to see your new organisation skills, because I know how messy you can be 😂 love mumma x

I’m still ill🥹😭 haha I’m not as messy as you remember me being but I could definitely improve x
I'm a curly, but my hair is less defined and tends to go flatter as the days go on, it's fine, but it makes me sad as I wish I could refresh easily. Any tips for hair that loses bounce between wash days? I protect at night etc. 😅 Yours looks gorgeous. I will try wtc styling as I saw in another of your vids, to see if smaller clumps may be the key. Hope you're feeling better!
Hi Sophie! I’m much older than you but my hair seems to be somewhat similar to yours. I have followed you on IG for a long time and love your reels. I have tried numerous products and right now I am into the verb curling cream which works well but the next day my hair is not so defined. Do you have suggestions?
I do this with foam as a single styler! Usually just dutch braid my hair for a few days so my hair is compact and I can have a few days of defined waves after a protective hairstyle

ooo yes love that! I have tried once before with a foam and i got great results but just felt a little bit dry maybe

great video! am i understanding correctly that you used the multi tasking product as a leave in in place of a rinse out conditioner? i know you said this isn't your usual routine, but do you think there would be any downsides or risks to doing this regularly?
Please do a organization video
