That's the dumbest thing I ever heard.

“Love means never having to say you’re sorry” This phrase doesn’t mean much in real life, however it had a meaning and an emotional impact on all those who were affected by this movie back in the 80s

Best love movie ever period. Titanic was good also. But this was so heartbreaking and heartfelt cried during it

He was so appealing in that movie.

Just watched this film again (first time since the 70s) on Netflix. Such great dialogue and humour, excellent acting and film shot so well. So much better story-telling than most films today.

Ali was always so striking. The show gripped my heart. I loved their determination.

It is unbelievably amazing to see both of them together after 52 years of their wondeful movie and their famous saying(love never means having to say sorry)

TOO short. I LOVE Ali McGraw ... the most expressive actress I have ever seen. Cannot watch this movie now because of the language; but I know the language helped to "radiate" the over all feel of the movie. I will say that this movie was powerfully wonderful and powerfully heartbreaking. Not fair. Thank you, Miss Ali. You are still gorgeous and adorable. And that "guy," well, he wasn't too bad, either. Especially liked him in that "moon" movie ... And his dotter!!! Boy, was she cute.

Your love affair with punctuation, I see, didn't go so well.

My friend and I went to see it when it was first released. We were waiting in the lobby as people were coming out from viewing the movie. Many were crying, which puzzled us. By the time we came out after viewing it, we were crying as well. 😢

I remember seeing it in the theater when I was 16.I was on a blind date. When I said that to a co-worker years ago he laughed and said Love Story wasn't the kind of movie you see on a blind date.(Chuckle!)

Ali is Simply Beautiful.

Ali is STILL beautiful, even though she just turned 79! Elegant and sophisticated looking. And Ryan has physical problems but is struggling through in spite of them. EVERYONE ages, some better than others. We remember them for certain roles, but life goes on!

I LOVE THEM BOTH FOREVER ! 🌷

Why don't we see Ryan O'Neal in movies any more, I miss him.

Love Story was the first movie I saw on the Theatres I was 14 years old when I came to the United states, While I watching the movie I feel like Ryan talking and Love me and I was in Ali role too, was my first love I feall in love, even though, I cry when she die was a wierd feelings because make me sad Ryan situation loosing the love of hes life, and when Fhara died I feel the same for Ryan and I thought Ryan went through the same feelings when Ali Pass away in the Love story movie, They should be together and married. 💑

nvr met the man...have no desire too.....but frm what i have observed over the years....i cld see how one cld use words used here....ryan is a snake in the grass...he and lee majors good friends for year..lee goes out of twn to film a movie and asks his good friend for year ryan to keep any on farrah in case she needs something...little did lee knw that Ryan was lusting after the moment he laid eyes on her made a play for her when good friend lee told him ryan he wld be on location for 8-12 weeks..rayan was a hottie in his youth and knocked off more than a few of the ladies frm ross-Streisand..

Ali, such a beautiful Woman, how could not anybody fall in love with her. Today, I watched The Getaway again. Had seen that movie so many and fell in love with her from the first time I saw it decades ago. Many years, decades, have past and I am so happy to see she has aged so beautifully, so fresh, she is so dear in my heart ❤️🌷

I just ordered this movie after all these years. As I see these two together I find it hard to comprehend these two not being together. It seems like fate in a way for them not to be together. As I stated I just ordered this movie, the main reason is my daughter has never seen this movie. This is a story I really want to share with her that she has never experienced in her life.

It was a fun movie. Two photogenic unique people.

The media political commentator Candace Owens reminds me so much of Ali MacGraw. Candace is a natural, classic beauty like Ali. She is 50 years younger than Ali, but even in this video I have seen the resemblance between the two women. There are moments here when I see Candace in Ali.
