In May, I met someone who has changed my life. In June, I told him I loved him and despite everything, he loved me too. In July, my boyfriend passed away. In August I received a parcel, including nine envelopes. One of them was full of poems he wrote for me, but inside there was also a slip of paper with a few links to KZread videos. 'Good poetry to make up for my bad poetry.' In September, I finally gathered the courage to watch the videos. This was one of them. I can't thank you enough.

I want love like this to exist. But this is... too beautiful for me to believe in. Words are always wonderful but... no one loves like this. We are too imperfect.

I saw a GIF of a line from this poem on Tumblr months ago and I couldn't get it out of my head because it was so beautiful. I finally decided to find the entire poem and I'm so glad I did because this is so amazing.

i have been watching this over the last 8 years here and there...... never gets old.

i love how he sounds like he's on the verge of tears throughout the entire thing.

I could watch this forever. Every word is breathtaking. Spoken word is an art form that needs to be revived. Lord find me a man who can pour his heart like this😫

I've listened to this many times and each time it's like the first time if not better this time because now I'm experiencing the type of love you spoke of.
