She is very (classy) plain jane. A plain jane can still dress up for occasions; doesnt make them any less of a plain jane. Its not like it means your ugly or anything. The point is you dont look at her and think Dayum!! You look at her and think she is girlfriend, wifey and mom material, shes a good girl, low maintenance ect by appearance. She is pretty, but not drop dead gorgeous. And that is not criticism its still a positive thing.

I think they connected on a spiritual level and that Diana had issues when it came to her self esteem and it affected a lot of her marriage. There was a huge age difference, it was an arranged marriage (really one of the last dynastic marriages to occur), and he was barred from being able to marry Camilla (plus she was married at the time too).

She is plain as hell in every way possible even by British standards BUT what made me think "hmm okay" was there was video she was doing an appearance at a hospital and the nurses where lined up either side, clapping as she walked down taking photos. There was one moment she basically broke protocol to walk over and hug and have a chat to one of the nurses who was the birth of first son (a small black lady) who looked semi shocked she remembered her lol that moment made her shine to me. I'm a complete sucker for kindness over everything

I had the same problem actually. I don't talk about careers, college or jobs anymore because those are topics that are subconsciously competitive. A relationship isn't a sports team. I talk about bubblebaths, sipping champagne and flipping my hair at the beach. My girly, relaxing hobbies. Stuff they won't hear from their guy friends. It works.

Your face either has the features or it doesn't.

Listen, "guys" dont need to be attracted to you anyways. That level of uniqueness deserves somebody equally as unique. You need that ONE, not "guys". At the very least, someone who appreciates your uniqueness. No one should ever have to water themselves down to get a spouse. Women are not required to be every "guys" type. I understand what you're trying to say and it's a very interesting topic. I remember in proms, I used to be the best dressed and everyone used to gawk at me but I was never asked out, in many other events and gatherings it seemed like guys were too intimidated to talk to me, a couple of guys even said that they consider me way too out of their league. And I always wondered why, because I had the figure, the personality, rhe looks, the smile, the career, the education, the achievements everything so thank you for the video, definitely insightful.

I've always known this lol (esp going up as a tomboy and growing out of that in HS/college). My mindset is still kinda dude-ish lol. GENERALLY- Good* guys are simple, no-drama, no ultimatums, don't making little issues big, flexible, and are straight to the point. Most of these guys are non-glam, non-heavy makeup in their preferences. Be natural, honest, and you.

Her plastic surgery was done also with intention to seem more white. But her skin is totally of white race, only slightly brownish. Many white woman especially south European have such skin. So this woman identifies herself with coloured people only in words and only when it is useful for her PR. All her attempts are directed to seem white.

When I was in college, I saw that too. (Shallon actually did a video called why guys go after basic sorority girls) But usually those guys go after those girls for a hookup, and they are also immature at 18. Now that I’m older I promise you the right guys don’t go after those girls anymore, they want a partner they can settle down with and the predictability Shallon was talking about, not wondering if she’s just all about high maintenance with her spray tan, nails, extensions, heavy makeup, etc. they want more than just looks. There’s actually a girl I know from college who was one of those basic sorority girls and she’s gorgeous and got all the guys in college, but she never matured and still in the college-mindset and she can attract guys because she’s pretty , but once they know she’s basically all looks, can’t keep them.

Guys generally just want to fuck those girls. It seems like guys want to marry women who are “naturally” attractive - “natural” makeup, “natural” hair color, no lash extensions, no fake tan, no obvious plastic surgery, etc. I say “natural” because while men say they prefer no make up and natural hair, they say we look sick without makeup and they hate gray hair lol. Men don’t like fake, they don’t like feeling like they’re being tricked. It’s silly but that’s what I’ve noticed.

This is really funny, because I just had a conversation with several of my male friends about Kate Middleton. the general consensus was that she is somebody who is incredibly beautiful, very hot, classy as all get-out, and she is somebody that they highly respect. It truly takes a feminist man to be there for a woman. I'm really not sure if men are made that way... If they have it in them.

Plain Jane is not a sex object. She looks classy and she has his respect, she seems safe bet and normal. Kate is chic and a wife material, good quality men don't like trashy and tacky chavy trends, better wear khaky and minimal make up, Meghan is more glam but she doesnt look cheap💕

Don't forget that what initially hooked William is when Kate wore that totally see-through dress she wore on the runway at their school's fashion show. They were friends before that, of course, but that made him see her as a woman, rather than as just a friend.

I think Kate is understated. That's not a plain jane. I think we are so used to seeing the kylie and gaga's of the world and anyone opposite to that is plain.

Kate Middleton and Megan Markle literally have the same body type lol. Thin beautiful women, with zero curves. They just seem to have completely different personalities.

Kate Middleton is a straight up and down, and Meghan is an apple. They are both thin, but they do not have the same body type.

Not at all. RB Guerreiro put it perfectly. Meghan is an apple shape and Kate is a rectangle. You're right that they're both very thin, but Meghan has no waist and very skinny legs (hence why she's always wearing wrap dresses). She has that body type where any weight she puts on goes straight to her stomach. Kate is more balanced up and down. Look at pictures of her 10 years ago before she was super skinny, and you can see her body fat is distribution. She has a bit of a waist and puts more fat on her legs.

I feel you’re a bit off on this one. Will famously got a crush on Kate when he saw her in a fashion show wearing a transparent dress. And during their break up, Kate really glammed it up and was seen having fun all over town. I do think you’re right that she’s sweet and drama free but the fact that she can catch his eye in a revealing dress and not wait around for him during their break up is what hooked him. And she’s definitely not plain Jane at all. She’s always been in crazy good shape, legs for days, hair goals and just over all super pretty.

Kate Middleton isn't a Plain Jane, she is a Royal and has protocols to follow, she is expected to act in certain ways. She can't just dress and act like MM. What do you expect her to do? She has a purpose to be in the BRF. She is the Queen in waiting. She is beautiful, natural and elegant. She dressees beautifully and never sets a foot wrong. Beauty is a subjective matter but most people will agree that Kate Middleton isn't a Plain Jane. IMO, Gwyneth Paltrow is the definition of a Plain Jane but she has a good figure 😄.

I've always had the mindset of dressing very lowkey while on a date since I find that by dressing down the person focuses more on you instead of what are you wearing.

Kate is beautiful, elegant, classy, and real. Not pumped full of fillers and Botox. She loves being a wife and a mom. She is not a plain Jane.

Kate actually showed a lot more personality BEFORE she married into Royalty. She was no shrinking violet! There were times, she was fun and daring and not not-so-shy at all! It seems, since she became a Royal, eight years ago, she adopted the persona of being shy, timid, reserved, regal, classy, elegant etc etc. No choice of course. But Pre-Royalty, she was 'mooning' the male students at Marlborough college, everytime they passed by her dorm room window. She was attending Club Fever and launch parties for vibrators, wearing cute pink bunny ears. She was friends with Emma Sayle - her friend from Downe House Public school and former rowing partner, who founded Killing Kittens - a exclusive club, which organises sex parties for wealthy clients. She famously modelled a see-through slip dress with black underwear beneath at St. Andrew's. She was constantly snapped smashed out of her skull, falling in and out of a cab, wearing skimpy outfits and usually flashed various body parts. She'd get so paralytically drunk on uni night outs, that she had to be carried back to her room by William's friends because she couldn’t walk. That old Kate was far more interesting...

Of course an American would perceive elegance and royal protocol as “plain jane”

INCORRECT NYC isn't like that I lived worked up there my family live up there. I think once again your using your own personal story. I personally think you need to TRAVEL and see it for yourself and get educated and well experienced and stop being so negative and dramatic. Have a blessed year and stop being all about "money" teach ladies how to be in a healthy relationships and marriages.

My main problem with men is them being too intimidated by me. I tried so hard in the past to make them feel safe etc etc but that’s such BS in my opinion. I can’t spend another relationship 24/7 worried about looking less strong and independent than what I am, nor I can dedicate all my precious time too them just because they are too insecure. It doesn’t matter what you do or how much you prove you love them, they will always be insecure. I need Someone with enough self esteem to be with me. I want a partner that walks by my side, not a “boy” to take care of. I don’t wanna be my partner’s 2nd mom!!
