Did you visit Vermont, the capital of Maple Surap in the USA, It takes 40 gallons of sap to 1 gallon of syrup. If you ever get a chance to visit Vermont, it's such a beautiful place with so much to do. Thank you for your recipe.

Oh Paula. We used to have these big Mardi Gras parties with 100 people in my 800 square foot apartment til dawn Wednesday morning I always made a version of this. I think it was Emerils recipe. People would be literally licking the pans. Thanks for the memories Going to use your recipe next time !
