Hi. Product is great. However, when open in FCPX - a message prompt keeps saying that I need to allow accessibility in order for it to work. I have tried numerous methods but nothing seems to be working. Your help would be greatly appreciated. FYI; im using an iMac 2020

Hi! Please follow these steps: • Open System Preferences • Select Security & Privacy • Select Privacy • Go to Accessibility • Find Loupedeck, tick the box and click Apply

My MSI package wont install for some reason? The computer finds the install files and everything, but then the MSI package just wont open.

what a garage hardware and software. Installed this device on window and works fine on both lightroom 6 and capture 1 pro 12. A few months later open lightroom 6 and it doesn't do anything. Works ok with capture 1. Uninstalled and and reinstalled a lower version driver and it worked again, then it didn't work anymore with lightroom. I guess it is bad software programing.

We are currently looking into compatibility issues with the old Lightroom 6, we are looking to fix it as soon as possible. Currently the 2.6 version is the version to operate Lightroom 6 with.

How can I setup the loupedeck plus on my IMac Catalina 10.15.4 ? I've already downloaded the setup program version 3.2.5 and try to run it on my IMAc but it doesn,t work.

Literally same. I bought Loupedeck a week ago and haven’t even been able to use it yet. The hardware looked so promising yet somehow just simply installing the software is extremely broken. I feel like I’ve done everything correctly but it when I click on the app it just doesn’t open. Installing software shouldnt ever be this annoying

Hi there, we recommend to reboot your iMac once Loupedeck software is installed. Please also make sure Loupedeck has sufficient permissions, you can check that by going to System preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Accessibility and tick the box next to Loupedeck and apply. @@Loupedeck Nope - it doesn`t help. I`ve just bought it, installed everything on my two MacBooks (MacBook Pro 15" and MacBook Pro 13" touchbar - Even trying to open the Loupedeck program fails..There`s a bug in your system.

My Loupedeck arrived yesterday. Download the software and now the Loupedeck app won't open? Any ideas??

If you're on Mac, please try the following steps: - Find Loupedeck in the Applications folder and click on it - this will start Loupedeck software - Click on the small Loupedeck icon in the top menu bar and select Open setup If you're on Windows, please try reinstalling the software and restarting your computer. If you're still experiencing the issue, please contact our customer support: loupedeck.com/en/support

setup doesn't work. first i installed the software. then i opened lightroom and then (as last step) i connected the loopdeck. and guess what: it does not respond when i turn those buttons. How can you help me? I have the latest mac OS Mojave and lightroom

Hellp Mariam, which version of Lightroom are you referring to? All Loupedeck products work with Lightroom Classic.

I can’t get the app to open and customer service is taking forever to respond. Any ideas‽

Assuming you're on Mac, find Loupedeck in the Applications folder and click on it to start the software. A small Loupedeck icon will appear on the top menu bar. Click on it and select Open setup - this will open the Setup app that will allow you to customize your device.

@@Loupedeck lol no. It doesn’t open. I’ve tried to open the setup using different versions of the app, restarting the app and my computer ... every time I try to open the setup I get a blank screen. Also, I sent a request to your support email 5 DAYS AGO and this is the first reply I’ve had that shows me someone over there exists. Honestly, I’m in the process of returning it now because this level of customer service is so bad. I’m still open to trying it but I’m really disappointed to say the least.

Products not working Drivers not working No support and no response. I bought their product and it's been sitting in my studio for months because they can't provide a driver that works with Photoshop

worst stuff ever...just bought new. tried on 5 different pc's. all with loupdeck app... the USB is probably broken, can not connect device... do not recommend... will see all the photographers community
