Loulou’s diet: She has a raw diet of meat, fish, egg, vegetables and fruit. As varied as possible every day. I have been researching this for a long time. I know what I give her. I buy meat from a farmer, a butcher and the rolls of ground meat online in a Dutch store. She receives the amount that suits her lifestyle. I also look at her posture. Sometimes she gets 1 time a day, sometimes 2 and sometimes 4 times a day. Her crate: I have received many comments about this on KZread. From the people who don't know us yet. We used this crate for 2 weeks to make her potty-trained as a puppy. I had removed her crate but she became restless at night. For that reason we have returned her crate but the door is always open. She sleeps in it at night. She wants this herself, she can sleep anywhere (except in my bed). If there are many people, she withdraws into her crate. Our garden: We are working in our garden. There will be some walls to be plastered, some trees and a new pond. We do everything ourselves in our free hours. When it's done, I'll show you a garden tour. Restaurant Look: This is a small restaurant where everything is served with garlic. The food is very good, but the garlic is not predominant. This is in Rotterdam. The big city nearby. The coffee shop in addition is totally normal in the Netherlands. They are in all major cities. For that reason tourists think that all Dutch people use drugs. This is not true, but all tourists come here for drugs haha. Xxx Eveline

Dogs don't see the crates as a cage they see it as a space that they can't be bothered in. My dog had a den made out of wicker, he loved it.

Dude, If the whole world had this “simple life” then there wouldnt be enough food for everyone, even with money. The inflation rate would explode. And people would forget manners and they would become barbaric wild animals. This simple life you mentioned that people can feed their pets with good meat is for few. Its sad but its true. Piece for eveyone. Have good day.

8246857 it would be different with our money system yeah but we have survived many years with this exact lifestyle lol. You sustain yourself and your family with your small farm, help your neighbors. We lived like this for the majority of our time here, thats why many people still do it- because it works and its healthy. The pets get something similar to what the humans are having, or just raw meats like Lou. The lifestyle we have currently is very very very new. Money would change, yes, but not everyone would starve. There would probably be less starving people, as we would probably have community farms considering our population. Obviously people would still kill and steal and whatnot, but youre very pessimistic and not thinking everything through. The complete removal of money doesnt create desperate and barbaric humans. And finally, its *peace not piece.

I love how Loulou was so grateful and joyous at your return home....she was so thrilled that she just couldn't help but run over to the chicken's enclosure area to make sure they knew, too, that you were home...Such a girl.♥

You are a lucky gal, Loulou. You deserve it. All dogs deserve a good life!!!

Eveline you are such a great role model for animal welfare! So caring and responsible. I wish all people who have animals were the same, but sadly they are not. I have just spent a week caring for an elderly client who has a Corgi dog, which she shuts in a crate (metal cage) in a small apartment. The dog needs to go outside to pee etc, but the client may only take her once a day (across the road) for 2 minutes only. I offered to walk the dog (I adore animals) but she refused. It's a terrible life for this dog and it barks aggressively non-stop due to frustration. I reported this to the care agency, but they are not prepared to act. It's so sad. Thank you for your lovely videos which are just delightful. Love to dear little Lou Lou 😍🤗

I love how Loulou took the wing out of the bowl (which by the way is a really nice bowl) so she could fully enjoy eating it. That’s the feeling I get when I treat myself to wings from Popeyes! 🍗😜 As a pet parent of a mini poodle 🐩, the way our pups are so happy to see us after we’ve been away, even for a few minutes, is the best feeling ever. Seeing Loulou’s joy when her humans return is the best thing ever! 🐕♥️

So beautiful to see the love LouLou has for her human family. My little dog had terrible separation anxiety, and went crazy if I even had to leave her home alone for 10 minutes, as inevitably I occasionally did. It broke my heart how upset she got, and I was never able to cure her of it. If she had her way she'd have been attached to me 24/7, carried around in a baby sling, she never wanted to leave me. Sadly, cancer took her away from me in April. She fought as hard as she could to stay with me, with surgery to remove the liver tumour, and chemo tablets. But 9 weeks after the cancer was discovered, she died in my arms. I cry for my sweet girl every day, I miss her so much. Make the most of every precious day you are given with your pets - they are only loaned to us. X

Lou Lou SOOOO reminds me of our daughter’s first Doxie, Ben. They look exactly alike, he shook his head with flying ears just like Lou Lou, they run just the same...FAST, both LOVE chewing up sticks, and Bennie squealed and tore all over like we’d been gone a year! So funny. How ANYONE could give a thumbs down to any of your videos is beyond me...they must be very grumpy. 🤨. I love the background music too.

I love Loulou... Such a sweet little doggy. I just recently lost my sweet little dog Scruffy age 12 years... Scruffy drown in the Brushy Creek in Hutto Texas a few weeks ago. His loss was absolutely devastating. Loulou remains me so much of Scruffy. Best wish to your lovely family. TL :)
