Loved your candid review and especially that you left in your "user error" ... that was great! I just purchased this bag yesterday in the black empreinte style. I always had my eye on the monogram/black - but when I went in to the boutique yesterday and look at them side by side - I went with the empreinte. It really is stressful to get these bags that are so expensive and then to worry about them....that's the one thing I hate about luxury purchases....you worry, but you still want them....TFS.

I like how you left in your user error, so relatable!!!!

Great video! I bought the same exact bag a few years ago and it's still one of my favorites. I agree that the pink interior tends to get dirty easily but besides that, it's a great bag. I fell in love as soon as I saw it while on vacation in Paris.

I seriously have had this bag a year or 2 and always thought something was wrong with it.

I‘m the same with presents, always prefer when people contribute to bigger gifts rather than giving me something that I didn’t really need😅 also I do the same when my family or friends have their birthdays- I always ask if they want money or vouchers instead and they almost always say they would prefer that 🙈 I think most people like that more but are too polite to say it. Also I love the NeoNoe 😍😍😍 I wear mine almost everyday!!

I have the neo noe in damier ebene with saffron trim. I feel in love with it when I first saw it. I haven't used her very much, but that's okay because I didn't intend for her to be an everyday bag.

Yeah I haven't used mine that much either. Especially since I am on lockdown where I am at...The restaurants aren't even open BUT she will get her time to shine soon :) I loved the damier eben saffron... Unfortunately when I purchased mine that style/pattern was just coming out and they did not have them in store.

I was going to say that the strap has a longer bit at the top. So if you flip the strap upside down ,the two pieces won't sit flat against each other. So ensure that the little "Louis Vuitton" stamp at the top of the strap is facing up or outward, if it's facing inwards towards your shoulder, it will not sit flat. I have been collecting LVs for years and I have everything from emperiente, mahina, vernis and canvas. The canvas are the most durable, my Neverfulls are from 2010 and I have a Popincourt Haute from 2007 that are still perfect.

Hey Athanasia :) Are you able to purchase it (like pre-order or put a deposit on the bag) and receive it once it comes back in stock? When I purchased my favorite many years ago and they told me it would take weeks/months for the bag to arrive and they told me I could pay for it and when it arrived I could pick it up... I assumed I would not get the bag for WEEKS/MONTHS- they called/emailed me 4 days later to tell me that the bag arrived and it was ready for pick up. Thank you for stopping by and I am crossing my fingers for you :)

But it’s true that someone can be lucky and be informed that the bag is available much earlier than predicted. That happened with my favorite MM as well, but on the other hand for my Neverfull GM I have been waiting since August and I received it 2 days ago🤷🏻‍♀️ Nonetheless, I will inform the SA in LV tomorrow that I want to join the waiting list and as you said fingers crossed to be available asap🥰 Thank you for your informative reviews, I will keep myself updated for future purchases❤️✨

You have to turn Around the strap if it’s not even. It Happens when you switch to crossbody. The price now is over $1800-2023

I am loving the empreinte... I was upset because I think it came out after I purchased this bag and I would have gotten it in the empreinte instead. I love my NeoNoe but I realize now that I should have gotten a different color than pink :(

I bought the Neo Noe in black Epi Leather and it has the long strap plus a handle. The interior is black. It is beautiful and one of my favorite bags.

What do you think about your Epi leather now?

Hi Hayley. I just purchased neonoe MM monogram canvas. The canvas leather is a little tough. They told me it will become softer over time. Since you have it over a year, do you think it is correct?.

I love my neonoe and mine is the exact same one!!! I ordered a small leather strap to carry top handle!!!

I would recommend saving a little money here and there :) After a year you will have enough!!

I love this review I just got it and I love it ! About the strap it’s due to using it on the wrong side i don’t think it’s the way your clicking it it’s just that the strap is flipped .. idk if that makes sense but if you play with the strap you probably know what im talking about. Thank you for the review 😘 Oh and yes get the top handle it’s amazing you’ll love it even more I have it too!

Yeah the problem was that I put the clip (the snap closure?) on the 2nd clip instead of the first and so the strap would have a dent (too much slack) in it due to the strap not being fully lengthened...I felt really stupid. I will try your suggestion too though because the strap is also a little twisted sometimes.

I personally think that the strap is not really a 'user error' . I am having the same issue even when the button properly clasp to the slot. It is so annoying especially when it is sitting in the dust bag for quite a long time and when i wanted to use it, the straps won't behave. I noticed that when we have stuffed the bag and carry it for 3-4 hours, it will be even.. might be because of the weight stretched the straps, idk 🙄.

Sometimes it’s because the strap is on wrong and needs to be turned over/flipped over, if that makes sense.

I was contemplating a lot, like shd i get the rose poudre or caramel🥺🥺 the rose colors is so light (the inside) im afraid that it will stain easily, but i really really love the color tho🥺🥺🥺 do you regret taking the rose poudre one?

Girl. I’m having the same issue with the “use error lol” but I only see one clasp. I just bought mine from the Louie store yesterday. Please help! Haha

It should technically have 2 clasps or at least 2 holes and 1 clasp. I realized you have to put the clasp in the hole at the bottom... Not the top

@@hayleysroom thanks for replying! It does have two. One one of straps. It has like the one that had a hole in it and the other one that pokes out for when you make it a cross body. So when you slide it down to use as a shoulder strap, there’s really only one hole. Idk if that makes sense lol I got it to be even but I have no idea how.

@@AnonymousBandit617 I got you!! So snap the straps and once they are snapped on both sides, it’s gonna be like that budge. The only thing you have to do is grab both of the straps and flip them. And boom. Straight again with no space. Tell me if you need clearer instructions. I can video it.

Lol so 2 negatives about the bad 1 user error 😂, great review. Got the saffron for my wife.

No. It has nothing to do with the clasp. You just need to flip the strap and let the longer side on the outside and you will be fine.
