I totally agree! The Neo Noe and the Speedy 25 are just great workhorse bags, not fussy. I don't own the Pochette Metis but I could see how you could be worried about the empreinte. Thank you for your kind words.

I chose them 2 (rather than neverfull) for the same reasons as you mentioned: care-free, security, and crossbody! Totally agree and so happy that I purchased those 2 recently as my first big LV bags. the speedy B is the good to go bag. I have it too, much more comfortable than neonoe strap, although neonoe looks chicer.

Interesting how the Neonoe price has gone up 280.00 since I purchased mine a couple of years ago. I’ve only used mine a couple of times because living in a small town, sometimes the ladies will side eye you. 🤨 My co-workers have finally convinced me to pull it out of the box and strut it! 😆 I just put a beautiful leopard print strap on it and I can’t wait wait to walk into work with it on Monday. 😁 Purchased the short handle on Etsy per your recommendation!

So glad I stumbled on your video! I'm super torn on getting the new speedy b 25 DE or to get one pre-loved because of the matte finish leather on the new DE. If I look at your video and that it's been 3yrs, my guess is that you got the newer version of the DE which is the matte finish leather on the handles & strap. I read on lots of forums that the matte leather can get water marks from rain, and an LV SA told me to be mindful when using hand lotion before touching the handles/strap. This is definitely not the case with the older shiny DE leather. How does the matte finish holding up on your speedy b nowadays? Is it easy to get some water marks (rain) on the matte handle? I know that rain isn't an issue with the original shiny leather. Curious to know how the matte leather performs! :) Thanks so much!!

You can buy inserts for the neo noe now. I think if I had the blk trim like yours I’d buy I light insert. The insert is nice because the ones I’ve seen one side has a zipper 👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you for this! I bought and sold the NeoNoe. I had the extra strap and all. I missed it and wanted to rebuy it and you reminded me the sole reason I sold it was the buttons hurt my shoulder when crossbody and I used it that way more often than I thought I would!! I constantly had to readjust. I missed it so much I forgot that part! It’s enough of a reason not to buy it again. Thank you!!! Love the speedyB25😉

When I was trying to purchase my first LV bag, I got neonoe in black first, then I couldn't use the strap comfortably, as I also have 2 kids, I need the crossbody too, also black interior made it me hard to find anything literally. So I returned the Noenoe, instead, I got Speedy 25 B in DE exactly like yours, I am very happy for the speedy, crossbody is much more comfortable. the only downside is the leather already has a small crack after 3 months of daily use in the strap, now it sits in my closet for a while not only for the crack but also for the covid reason. p.s. not sure if the quality issue is due to the made in the USA.

If you take your bag back into LV store they will likely replace your strap since it’s before a year.

Thanks for this very helpful video! I went out and bought my neo now! However I’ve only had it for a month and I noticed that the glazing is starting to crack on top like the neo noe is known to do. And I was wondering since you bought yours in 2017, if you have any problem with the glazing cracking on top or the bottom? Go military wives!

People are going to stop buying their bags, since they aren't handmade and just go for Hermes instead. Chanel will never be equal to Hermes, even if they want to be. A few years ago, their bags were only $2500 now they are up to $7000. Do you think it is worth it? Would you buy one new at the current price? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Hi, I just want to say the speedy 25 in the Damier ebene print doesn't get water spots because it is treated leather. The other prints do because it is vachetta leather aka untreated. Just letting anyone know bc that was the biggest thing for me when purchasing the bag I didn't want to have to worry about the rain spots and the color changing over time.

I bought exactly same speey and same year at the LV store in Canada I don’t have a zipper , only packet with canvas trim. Yours have a zipper why??
