I just took mine in Saturday for repair d/t the glazing and cracking issue. I was told it’s a defect. They let me choose a brand new bag and gave me a credit for $1790.

Girlll that pilling alone would have me right back at LV , that shouldn’t be happening to a microfiber interior lining on a luxury bag ! They need to man up to their quality issues ! I would take it in and get it assessed you may be able to get a credit or a new bag !

Awe its okay I believe it was juat my bag that was defective because I purchased my mom the same handbag and hers is perfect no defects at all!😊😊

I had bought IENA mm and the straps started to fray and it had been like 10 months or so.I took it to the store and they replaced the straps at no charge.They might replace the bag for you.you should try it

thank you for the honest review. I am not the person who takes care much of my bags and I know mine would tear easily too. I will buy the classic Noe instead. I think it will tear less than this new model. It's too expensive to tear like this. I saw another review saying that if it tear on top you can complain about it at the store.

I love that bag. I was torn between the Neonoe Noir (yours), and the Graceful MM. You are the first person to mention “pilling.” I will most likely go with the Graceful TFS.

Even though the piling occurred with my Neo Noe and the cracking of the glazing, I loved that bag and still do but yes the bag was not holding up as I was expecting it too so I had to let go of it and trade it in before the time was up that I was able to exchange it for something else! Did you ever get the glazing repaired? If so how much did it cost you?

You should go to LV store and show it to them. I’ve heard that they would give you a new one or repair it for you since you have been using it for a year. Let me know what they say.

I was so in love with the damier version of neo noe eventhough I already own Noe GM. I honestly have a love-hate relationship with that bag. Thanks for sharing your honest opinion. I think I’ll stay away with the Neo noe because I don’t want to deal with the glazing issues.

Yess mine had flaws but I miss it so much, I might repurchase🙈 I would reccommend an organizer to keep the interior in perfect condition as well and that is the first thing I should have done maybe the bag would have been in better conditon if I did, just a suggestion😁😁 and Thank you soo much for watching!!😊💕💕

Got this bag yesterday. I have bought bag organisers for it because of the gap at the bottom. I want it in my collection to throw everyday stuff into for myself and my kids. My other LV bags apart from a couple are not a big inside.

Becuase of this review I’m debating about taking mine back .... the top part of the bag doesn’t feel quality leather and it soft to the point it can crack it not sturdy like my speedy /never full / or my alma Louis bags

What if you don’t have the receipt? Mine was a gift from my mom back in 2019 and I for sure don’t have the receipt and it has the same glazing issue?

@@jessicajasmine100 I’ve learned from an SA that, nowadays, customers don’t have to show them any receipts. LV keeps its customers’ records for 20-year. The thing is you just simply go to any LV boutiques and show your ID.

Does this bag get watermarks on the handles? I just got one and I’m wondering if it’s safe to take out in the rain

No it doesn't get water marks, when I had mine, it was safe in the rain I would just make sure that you close the bag because of the inside being suede interior, as far as the exterior of the bag, it is canvas and the strap was coated leather :)

Wow. I am considering this bag. but I’ll stick my vintage LV bags.

girrrrrl, that dent in the top of your bag is from where you rip the bag open to get inside! I noticed it right away and knew it was from that and you can see at 3:50 how your hands go to that exact place to open the bag. But either way, for as much as you paid for the bag it shouldn't do that. I have had this on my wish list since it was released, but i am scared to purchase it from this review! Is the bag thin?

Yes you are right for the price it shouldn't have any flaws to it but maybe mine was a defect. There is a lot of other reviews on KZread of this bag check them out and see if they have the same issues as mine. I am not going to tell you to not get it because it is up to you but I loved that bag and miss it and myself might repurchase it in the future because it was an amazing functional handbag😊 It is not thin material because of the leather and the suede, hope this helped out!😊💕

Hey there. you definitely can take it to any store. The glazing is a defect and they will either give you store credit or swap for the same bag. Also, I would recommend a bag organizer cause your bottom is warping! XOXO

The glazing is a known defect for this bag. Take it into any LV and they will inspect it. You will likely be able to get it repaired or replaced.

Im so sorry! I dont know what kind of handbags you like but the LV palm springs mini back pack or the cannes handbag doesnt have any glazing also both handbags dont feature vachetta which makes them a worry free kind of handbag!! 😊😊

No I would not, the bag had cons that I cant justify to purchase especially with the price increase😬

Call customer services and let them know your issues. You'll likely Have to ship it yourself to be analyzed. Normally you could just go to any LV store and they'd send it off for you. They'll analyze it and decide whether or not they will repair it for free. Do it ASAP!! There is no way your bag should look like that after only one year! I'd even send them your video to prove that you had this issue back in November 2019! I had an issue with cracking and they replaced my bag since my bag was under a year old.

Any LV will repair the bag

Something is not right here. I have this exact same bag and mine definitely does not look like that! WTH?...

Maria Scotto i think your canvas is defective. I have never seen an edge peel and curl like that and the defect is making the other side (interior) peel. That is so bizarre. Call LV and mail it in if you have to. They are usually very helpful. Good luck!

Hi Maria, I own this exact model of LV more than a year now too and I'm really upset that there's a problem with glazing and stuff cz I literally didn't get any cons about my bag. Its actually the only bag among other ones I own that doesn't have any issue by now. I really think you should talk to manager in real store about quality of this bag. What the production country btw?

Take it to any Louis Vuitton store ASAP! Comes with at least a 1 year warranty and that should NOT happen with the glazing

Girrrrrrl!!! Y haven’t u taken back to the LV store yet! The cracking will get worst to where it will ruin the canvas. Once the canvas is cracked they won’t repair it. Take it back 🏃🏾‍♀️ and have them fix it!!

I'm sorry to say this but, for me that neonoe bag looks replica to me. Even the first time you did unboxing that bag, together with other LV and gucci, I thought to my self, the bag is just not right. The interior of that bag where the bottom at is not well done its kind of Croket. And I thought real neonoe shouldn't have that. I've seen a lot of neonoe reviews and it has super clean lining inside. You can't see any large curl or croket except those replicas. I'm sorry to say that. I do have my own neonoe, and it doesn't have big curl in the inside.

My only suggestion would be if you start to see any problems with it than to take it to LV as soon as it starts before it gets worse and see what they can do, only a suggestion!😊😊💕
