@@nekogaming8461 LTEPP, or Long Term Evolution for Public Safety, is a wireless communications standard that is designed to provide fast, reliable, and secure services for public safety networks. It has been implemented in some smartphones, allowing them to be used in emergency situations. A key feature of LTEPP is that it includes priority access for emergency services. This means that if a network is congested, calls and data from public safety officials will be prioritized over other traffic. Now, regarding the GPS security feature and the emergency signal on Android and modern phones, they work as follows: 1. **GPS Security Feature:** Modern smartphones use GPS (Global Positioning System) for a variety of applications, including navigation, location-based reminders, and more. In addition to these convenience features, GPS also plays a critical role in the security of your phone. For instance, if you lose your phone or if it gets stolen, you can use the GPS to locate it. Android's Find My Device feature, for example, allows you to track, lock, and even erase your phone remotely. 2. **Emergency Signal/ SOS:** Android and many modern smartphones also have an emergency SOS feature. This feature is designed to alert emergency services or specified contacts in your phone if you're in a crisis. When the emergency SOS feature is activated (usually by pressing the power button several times in quick succession), it will automatically call the local emergency number and send a text message to your emergency contacts with your location information. This can be a lifesaver in situations where you're unable to manually dial for help. As of my last update in September 2021, several Android phones that support these features include: 1. Google Pixel Series (Pixel 3, 3a, 4, 4a, 5, and newer models) 2. Samsung Galaxy Series (Galaxy S9, S10, S20, S21, Note10, Note20, and newer models) 3. OnePlus (OnePlus 6, 7, 8, 9 and newer models) 4. Xiaomi (Mi 8, 9, 10, 11, and newer models; Redmi Note 7, 8, 9, 10 and newer models) 5. LG (G7 Thinq, G8 Thinq, V40 Thinq, V50 Thinq, and newer models) 6. Motorola (Moto G7, G8, G9, Edge, and newer models) For the most accurate and updated list, you should refer to the specific manufacturers' websites or other reputable sources. Keep in mind that while most new smartphones come with these features, older or lower-end models may not.

i found part of my answer. the thumbnail shows it saying 'connected. keep pointing at satellite'. very interesting. so this reminds me of my old pocket garmin. it would draw a map of satellites on screen, showing me where they were. the only difference is mine can't send anything, but i found out newer garmins have sos, in case anyone would find that interesting. so there's that, and there are other cheaper devices people can buy. it's good to know that anywhere you can reach the satellites, some devices might save you
