    Hello James, another great video. I am reading your second book named "Getting Customers". It would be great to hear your opinion about the construction industry and how to make a great construction business. You are an inspiration to me especially when I read in your previous book that you are from Rainham and I live in Dagenham myself. Thanks

    james you need to hire an editor to just cut all of your long form content down to short form, really missing out on instant growth you'll hit 200k subs by christmas if you post 1 short a day on youtube

  • @bigdento

    @bigdento

    ideally tiktok and instagram reels also but youtube shorts will get you absolute bare minimum an extra 1-2k subs per day and you have so much long form content its basically free to do

    We are going to do more short form soon; we do put a lot on TikTok. We just live by the rule….. short form content funds your ego and long form content funds your bank account. We literally helped ourselves to 40m views on TikTok in a few months….. it was so easy….. with little value of Audi me compared to YT. The real value is in long form content, that said short form to market the long form, yes we should do more.

    @@JamesSinclairEntrepreneur short form should only be used as a funnel not for monetisation purposes, for example tiktok shops on shorts right now make a fortune and the customer data you can build from the shops is worth far more than you would ever spend on the editor to produce the shorts, tiktok views almost never translate to youtube subs, but youtube shorts do, and subs on youtube = more views on your long form, i just view short form as a type of ad with the cost of customers being extremely low compared to other ads

    can you talk about increasing customer retention? will you shoot yourself in the foot if you decrease your prices (thus less gross margin) to increase retention? I run a pet supplies ecom business.

    During the pandemic I was given a business for zero 0⃣ dollars. I sacrificed my time and money and now am in business running a scooter rental company into Disneyland. Its doing quite well. Am scaling the business as sales are growing. I bought out 2 other companies that folded during the pandemic. One company I bought everything for 1 dollar and another that retired. I am growing but feel stuck because my time. Any advise or could I get a consultation?

    An amazing video would be how you get to the £300k in revenue with no product at hand in your last video on £0 - £1m. I think a lot of people are confused 😅

    @@JamesSinclairEntrepreneursure , in the video on how to go from £0 - £1m you mentioned you had (give or take) £300k in pre sales. A great video would be how you get those sales without even having a website. What’s the best way to get sales and people interested in a product before production. What persuasion tactics to use etc. Wouldn’t this be very difficult because the buyer always wants to see the product before they buy and commit to any purchases. Was considering join in your university but not sure if this sort of content is in there.
