If you're having range issues, I would suggest putting the green ferrite ring back on your wires. It's not only for noise but it's also for interference. It's worth a try at least. Keep up the awesome videos!

75mph is hauling ass bud your definitely the one who’s gunna hit 100mph I’ve got faith in you. Everything I was thinking of that would help like weight and slipper clutch you already thought of so nothing but the best to you and can’t wait to see what’s next.

I’ve fitted a booster to a Spektrum Dx3. It has the same ipex plug as a Futaba.

So I noticed with the rugged that like you mentioned they eat batteries to the point I started running mine via a 2200 mAh 2s lipo and my range issues for the most part disappeared also they don't like City environments find a road that doesn't have any electrical lines around it should help your range significantly 👍 I want to see it do 100 just as bad as everybody else I've achieved 100 on the Spectrum Radio before but with a car and that's what I had to do to get my range better💯

I use a 2000mah 2s on a bec set to 6 volts.if you take the battery tray out,there is plenty of room.i get a couple months on a charge,and a solid 6v on the transmitter.should b max range at 6 volts.

Drag bikes use wheelie bars. I know it wouldn't be stock anymore but I still think this is a valid option to consider. 🤓

Thanks for your sacrifice 😂. ** I just got my 120amp esc and bec like your setup. I'm not looking for speed but rather to be able to use my 3s and 4s packs. 1. Can you throttle down on your dx5 pro (like mine) to keep it at 2s speeds ? 2. Can you set throttle curve to keep it from doing wheelie? 3. Design or retrofit. wheelie bar to keep it level. Good luck on your quest to 💯 Still watching for it.

Idk I’m trying but a lot of front wheel shake from the servos avc

U can get aluminium front wheel ugly but heavier and an ally front hub ... and before you mount front tyre on rim you could wrap solder around front rim as well ..

You could try doing a makeshift wheelie bar of some sort

they sell aluminum extended swingarms on ebay and metal gears!

It's getting there🎉 So much variables of things that could be done for a perfect run but it's all in testing

Yes that swing arm is way to expensive at $200.00 with shipping and tax I don’t feel it would be worth it there other things we could do to keep the front down 👍👌

Remove the helmet visor.. Small front fender, See 2007-2012 Ducati Hypermotard 1100. Wind resistance increases exponentially in full scale above 60 mph. Maybe small canards like moto gp.

Thanks!. I wonder if you can use your Futaba with the range extender? Is there a way to turn on the gyro with a different radio? If I am not mistaken, I believe I saw a video on the Exogate channel. He had used a different radio on his promoto. It did work. Don't remember if he had the gyro on?

I'm finding the journey with the Promoto fun. I've been running some local tracks with it. My battle is the slower technical tracks it's hard to handle and requires slow driving in tight turns. The faster tracks it handles well, just don't have the HP to keep up...the journey continues.....!

Yes 3S works great on the bigger tracks and you can 2S on short tracks turning tight is tough tho 👍👌

No I have not it’s a punch level issue now a wind issue

I think it needs a smaller rear sprocket to get rid of the wheelies. Too much torque as it is maybe. Maybe make a makeshift front spoiler to push the front tire down idk. Awesome it hit 75 though. Far more than it was designed for 👍👍

Maybe once it hits a certain speed the air wants to lift it up. Put some weight on the front?

There have been so many failed attempts at rc super bikes but I wonder if losi will make a rage of bikes now they seem to have solved the rc bike game, 100mph+ rc superbike racing would be apsolute sick.

Look into the perfect pass throttle delay. Let it ramp in real slow. Just a thought. Would love to see speed run bike builds

That perfect pass is a product for aircraft been around 10 years now it’s a $7.00 part as flowpack showed awhile ago I’ve learned to control the trigger already and the perfect pass will still make the front come up the bikes just different, once you learn trigger control don’t really need it but it’s a good product for beginners for sure 💯👌

What the concerns of running it a radiolink?? I’m sure it could function the gyro?

@@earlmoorhead5555 well obviously first priority is to do what ever makes you happy .. but we are just at the point between what makes it a promoto and what makes it a custom built bike .. obviously 100% stock it won't go 100 you won't ever be able keep everyone happy 😂 I'm actually perfectly happy with the speed out the box because I intend to race or muck around on dirt jumps. I'm thinking about copy your crouch down rider tho if it make the bike more stable ... you could pull the arms in too , at the elbows which bends the handle bars a bit but looks kinda cool. How's ya chain lasting mine stretched a lot so that m onto the 2nd losi original now but have a GPM one that's supposed to be better and . I think you need test each mode to be 100% sure U are on street mode not wheelie .. you say that you only got to 75% throttle but you can set the EPA on you transmitter I assume? Could try set to 70 75 80 etc to see exactly where you can get to on throttle ... got agree about getting a scooter or a friend to drive you ... all that running up the road is too good for ya health 😂

@@roblapouple7552 chain has only had the one adjustment has not stretched any farther tho it is sloppy 🤷🏻‍♂️I feel the adjustment are stretching it more then the slop at this point mine is really rusty from the wet grass runs other than that it fine I do have a back up but I’ll wait for it to break

@@earlmoorhead5555 I don't think the chain will ever break just strech till it rubs bad or comes off. Mine got loose then came off ... over bumps .. possible the chain guard only having 1 screw and keep moving because screw hole broke off the plastic rear arm didn't help . it's a weak point, but I put the ally rear arm on now so the chain gaurd won't come off again think my ally Losi rear sprocket has worn but can't tell .. that might make chain loose too .. I will be swapping to the carbon steel rear sprocket soon. I cleaned and oiled and greased the chain after every run as per Losi instructions but at the high rpm the oil gets flung off the chain real quick. Possible that small stone or something which jammed a couple of times in chain sprocket could have premature stretched my chain tho.
