She won with Euphoria the entire Eurovision that year and broke a great record with the second highest score in all the years the competition has existed! The same thing at home when she went on to Eurovision. And now she has done it again with Tattoo! We'll see if she takes home the victory in Eurovision again! 🤩 But Euphoria in my heart, she went to be such an Icon with it, and today 10 yers later it is still just so god like the first time when she was preformed it 😍

When the song won the national selection in Sweden it instanly became the ultimate frontrunner, which evetually won with a record of 18 maximum 12 points (by the then voting system) and the performance itself artistically changed the course of the contest forever and led it to a more contemporary path. If she wins Eurovision this year with "Tattoo", Sweden will tie with Ireland as the country with the most wins in the contest's 68 year history with 7. Also she will be the second artist to win the contest twice, after Johnny Logan (Ireland 1980 & 1987) and the first female to achieve that. She's a Eurovision LEGEND.

When the preview snippet of this years Melfest songs reached the public Sweden instantly shot up to #1 in the betting for Eurovision winner even though no one had heard any of the songs yet...

"Euphoria" is good, but "Tattoo" is my favorite. The final in Sweden is today. I hope she wins and gets to come to Eurovision again. GOOD LUCK LOREEN! LOVE YOU! ❤

She did Win Eurovision 2023^^

I remember people complained about the darkness in her Melodifestivalen performance, that they wanted to put more light on this performance in Eurovision, but she didn't want that. She's an artist, and she had her exact vision on how she wanted the performace to look and the stage designers and light people just had to go with that. And I think she was right, this darkness made this performance extra mystical and special. Especially against all the other contestants at the time, Euphoria was something totally different in every way, a trailblazer that changed Eurovision to become something more serious and artistic than it had been previously. There has since been this, what should I say, tug-of-war in Eurovision between the more serious entries and the more funny colorful novelty entries. I can't chose between Tattoo and Euphoria, I don't want to, they belong together in my heart, to me they are like two parts of the same story, where Euphoria is a chilly snowy winternight in a moonlit Sweden, while Tattoo is a warm, sandy sunrise in Morocco.

It being so dark in the beginning makes it so when they do shine some light on her you're drawn in even more

Euphoria and Loreen, The record breakers! This performance has written history in the ESC. Loreen is not just a spectacular singer, she is also a dominating presence. She only needs her song and her presence on stage and that's enough to mesmerize you. And, she is about to do this again with Tattoo. I think we have a winner for ESC 2023 already!

Loreen is heavily in to yoga/mediation and that can explain toward the thai chi

She did not get maximum score, Carola is still the only one who have done that.

She won with Euphoria :). At the end she said: "I love you Baku", which is where they were.

Need to say it... Still get goosebumps when I see this performance, it was so good at the time! Loreen is Queen of Eurovision no doubt. I've not heard anything from her apart from Euphoria (Best performance since ABBA - Waterloo -74! ) and now Tattoo!!

Watching this as a swede is such nostalgia, even to this day this performance gives me goosebumps! Just her grinning at winning makes me so happy!

That clip is from 2012. Loreen is getting better. Btw, Today I heard on the news that "Euphoria" is the most played Eurovision song ever. ABBA came in second with "Waterloo". Nr 3 is off the charts but well deserved: Frans -"If I were sorry". All of those entries are fom Sweden btw.

If you enjoyed this song, Floor Jansen, who you listened to a while back, did a cover of this song for the Beste Zangers show last year just before Eurovision. It's a spectacular cover of the song. She performed it from her home studio in Sweden while the band played in the studio with the other singers in the audience. Due to travel restrictions and recent surgery, she wasn't able to attend in person.

we have some great musicians here in sweden, check out for example Tommy Johansson's stuff here on youtube. he releases a cover every friday. he is lead singer in his band Majestica and lead guitarrist in Sabaton. he does alot of stuff :P and Sabaton is a great band if you like history and stuff like that.

I'm happy to see this kind of core love to Loreen, but hey, shes totaly worth it. However, 2018 Dotter - cry was voted out in the 3rd semin. IMO she should have won. Please review and listen to it and tell me what you think. Just like euphoria, it acquires a unique signature.

Euphoria won 2012 and as the rules of the contest stands Sweden hosted the contest 2013. This year it should be Ukraine hostning but due to the war the contest is in England. Ok. Going to guess here. Not a yt content creator myself so.. but regarding your clever editing and why other seems to be able to post whole videos without trouble..they dont. A proper reactionvideo to others content on playback, needs pauses and commentary. If not, you are just broadcasting others content and possibly trying to monetize on it. She's awful! She copied a Chris Brown's music in 2012, Euphoria is very similar to Beautiful People. Now, in 2023, she do the same thing, and copied another music, Flying Free is identical to Tattoo
