Thanks, Dr. Nisha for the detailed plan, I am going to follow this and will get back to you soon with amazing results. I am a Research Scientist (theoretical Physicist) working in Europe and I mostly work while sitting on the computer so have not much time to do many things. Your diet plan seems easy and quick to prepare which may definitely help me to lose weight and I have a target of 10 kg weight loss. Let me take this challenge with your super diet plan and exercise. I hope I could keep motivating myself to continue for 1 month.

Hello Nisha mam,Mam mai aapke is diet plan ko pichle 5dino se jaise aapne bataya hai usi tareeke se follow kar rahi hoon but Mera weight 1kilo bhi nahi Kam hua mam,mai hamesha aapka hi diet plan follow karti hoon aur mera weight Kam bhi hota hai lekin is baar Kam nahi ho raha hai help me mam plz!
