We recently checked out Ushigoro in Nishi Azabu (walking distance from Roppongi Hills). The restaurant had really good service, amazing food, and a very accommodating environment for kids.
They also have many other branches in Ginza and Shinjuku areas etc. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice dinner with your family in Tokyo!
