i used to hate the warriors, but i’ve come to appreciate them because of how unique they are. it’s rare when a team develops players they’ve drafted and utilize them in ways where you can just see all of the chemistry and bonds they have with one another. they also had the perfect rebuild

Warriors shot 9/40 from 3. Curry missed every three he took. So did Wiggins. Draymond fouled out. You'd think the team that did that to them won by a ton yet. Lose by 10. Missed 10 shots at the line. 12 more turnovers than the other team and here we are down 3-2. Incredible

There's kind of an angle on the Wiggins story that I don't think people have noticed yet. I think that all of those years of being a stat stuffer and a low percentage high volume score have actually done Andrew Wiggins a lot of good. Wiggins learned to get his own shot and to be somewhat fearless on offense and while those were very bad when he was the leading scorer for Minnesota it's something good now that he's on a team that desperately needs his offense. He's a guy that's used to being able to go get a bucket and that's something that the Warriors desperately need when only Steph is reliable for scoring points. On a night where Steph couldn't hit a three-pointer Wiggins was able to switch into leading scorer mode which is a mode he had been in for a good amount of time with the Timberwolves. As a Warriors fan I'm so grateful for his selfish Minnesota years because we needed somebody very confident in his scoring ability last night. On another note. Though I wish it were true that Boston might have lost the series last night I still think this thing is going to go to 7:00 and I wouldn't put it past Boston to win the series on Golden States home floor. I'm not predicting that but I'm not convinced that this thing is over.

Wiggs man... I bet every time he guards Jayson Tatum, he's like "that should be me". In a lot of ways, we expected Wiggs to have the career that Tatum has now. It hasn't been pretty, but it's good to see him have this little redemption arc. Been trying to think of a solid comparison to his role of the Warriors right now and I've settled with 2013/2014 Spurs Kawhi Leonard. Doesn't need a lot of usage on offense but can deliver when asked to. A great physique for a wing who can be trusted to guard the best wing of the opposing squad. Uses his athleticism to attack the paint and grab boards. He's everything the warriors need right now.

I'm not sure if I mentioned this before on one of your video commentaries or if it was on another channel but I thought that they were going to need Andrew Wiggins to step up and score for them to be able to win this series. Klay has look shaky at times and Jordan Poole has not been as good in the playoffs as he was during the regular season. I kind of expected that from Jordan Poole because this is a big stage for a guy who has not even played a lot of basketball on the small stage. Obviously they were going o get almost no points out of Draymond and so I thought that the Warriors might be in some trouble if Wiggins didn't get them some buckets I'm not sure which game by Andrew Wiggins is more impactful and surprising. Game four where he gives you 16 rebounds or game 5 where he gets 13 rebounds but throws in 26 points on top of it. While we're talking about surprising scoring totals we shouldn't forget about Gary Payton Jr getting 14 points and five boards. They could have won without that.

Shoutout to the GS roster and staff for lighting the fire in Wiggins. I know someone like Draymond is not going to let Wiggins slouch on his defense and that accountability really got Wiggins to flourish in his role this season. However yesterday was Minnesota Wigs on offense and GS wigs on defense. Bro really turned into kawhi lmaooo. Steph for FMVP still. Shooting 0% from 3 and you still gotta find where he is at all times and don’t want him jacking up any semi open 3. That’s FMVP type impact.

I'd love to see a video about missed calls and how they affect the flow of a particular game. Whoever loses complains about the refs and the game being rigged, but I think we can get to some objective truth about how the whistle impacts the game, win or lose, by going play by play and missed call by missed call, in the context of the flow of the game.

I think the most important adjustment the warriors made was forcing Boston to drive left. Its pretty obvious from the last few games that if JT or JB drive right they're scoring it or dishing to an open shooter. If they drive left they usually try to spin back right or they turn it over.

It was Two Way Steph today and people aren't paying attention to that part. There were 2-3 possessions early in the 4th where they got Tatum isolated on Steph and Tatum passed it up because Steph was playing responsibly and wasn't giving him the look he wanted. Those weren't the only possessions. He got some steals as well, forced other bad shots, was handling his own in the post, but that start to the 4th quarter was AMAZING and really ruined Boston's rhythm.
