I reckon you should paint them orange to match the stripe and make them stand out

I’d go brown centres ,purely in-keeping with the retro look.and may be do the bumpers same..but that’s me😊

Great wheels, they fit Compo perfectly . I do prefer them in black but that's me.

Definitely body colour with the black centre caps 👌

Well in a stickler for colour coding if it was me if paint the centre's same as the body colour and leave the subtle colour accents to the yellow orange red decal stripes on the side panels

yer should have added im keeping them and rebuilding them wider on the front. might paint the centres too at the same time.

Wheels look ace 👌🏽 think you should paint them in a cross with the same colours as the stripes. What paint stripper did you use, hard trying to find stuff that does the job.

I use industrial stuff we used to get from our paint supplier at work , Unova. but i have used nitromorse in the past with good results.

They are Schmidt wheels. Basically a copy of the old compomotive turbo wheel from back in the day.

I know where there is a set of 4 staggered widened 15’s if you know anyone who wants some Mike 👍🏻
