Smears are life saving. My aunt missed her last one because all were fine. 2 years later she was facing cancer treatment. Never miss a smear thinking the last was fine. Luckily my aunt is now cancer free but has bad side effects from the treatment.

My big Friday night plans are in bed by 7 with a cuppa tea and watching soph and cinz- I’m not mad about it ❤

The UTI's after a smear test means you are very likely allergic to the lubricant used by the administrator of the smear test which is usually KY Jelly. Simply ask your nurse for a water based lubricant next time you are tested.

With red it’s all about which one you have. Try a Tempranillo or a Sangiovese. Berry flavoured. Just 1 glass here and there and eventually you’ll love it. My absolute favourite wine now, especially in the winter months. It gives you a warm fuzzy feeling 😂❤️🍷

I think the UTI post smear happens, because the thing they use to "open you up" can cause bruising to the area/pee hole, and this allows germs to get in easier. So that's why the UTI came on a day later. I ALWAYS get one too! X

The Oak bistro, sticks ‘n’ sushi, midsummer house are all really great restaurants and provide something different depending on what you fancy. one of my favourite places for a cocktail or glass of wine is called The Orator Brasserie and Bar. Hope this helps 😘😊

Restaurant 22 in Cambridge is amazing. They have a long waitlist but call and see if they have any cancellations (and let them know you're dietary requirements too) but incredible food, a great atmosphere and you'll try things you never thought you would enjoy ◡̈ x
