I’ve got a posture corrector from Amazon for my bad posture, 30 minutes use a day and my necks soooo much better. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent. The other thing I would recommend is a shiatsu neck and shoulder massager. Both of these things are miracles for someone with a bad neck and back like mine. Merry Christmas you lovely people! Xx

Hey girls I have scoliosis. And it does not effect your back by carrying your bag. There isn’t a full reason why some of us get scoliosis. It mostly accuse in women (sometimes if your tall), it can be passed on through your genes from a relative, if you ever had a car accident that effected your back (because of the mass of pressure that occurs in a car accident etc..), lastly your back can have problems of how last your growing that can effect scoliosis too - but not from carrying a heavy bag! Xx

You could also just use a scarf tied into a circle and slipping your arms through similar to a coat/jacket. So the scarf lies at the top of your neck and middle of your back where bra strap sits. Something you might already have to help stand up straight

Also secondly, please do not 'get cracked' because it feels nice. Especially in your neck! You can get a stroke as the quick movement can cause a blood cloth to form in you jugular artery wich can travel to your brain. Cracking you back should be fine, but there is little evidence on it actually helping. Exrcise programs are much more efficent in resolving back pain!

Posture advice from a physiotherapy student (master): Do not buy those harnessess as they even worsen the strength of the msucles in your back (if they can make money of of you, it probably isn't good for you health). They may give temporary relieve but make the problem larger and cause harm in the lon run. Instead you should focus on the flexibility and mobility of you upper back and schoulders. (Look up flexibility exercises m. Pectoralis major and minor). Secondly you should strengthen the muscles in your back (look up strength exercises m. Trapezius ascendend, m. Rhomboïdeus, m. Serratus anterior). All these exercise can be at home with no special equipment as a can of beans can be used as wheigths lol. Good luck!!
