I've come off the pill around Feb 22, skin was alright for abit but not have hormonal acne which is annoying. I also use the flow app and so far has been quite spot on, just be careful after period for a week or 2 so your out of ovulation to reduce preg risk. Good luck ladies, I do feel much better in my self and don't have as many issues x

Girls the thing re periods when you’re on your pill is wrong! I spoke to my doctor about it and she confirmed that a period when you’re on the pill is the same as a period when you are not on the pill… it means you most likely are not pregnant
