Hi, I have this same problem on my right side. It sorta just presented itself a couple of years ago after a significant weight loss. I also have had bilateral frozen shoulders in the past. My GP said he thought that this scapula issue could be related to my thoracic scoliosis. I would love your thoughts and/or suggestions. Your videos are so informative and on point. Thanks so much

Hi, I just saw these couple of you that are having the same issue so I wanted to leave a little response. I have not gotten anything done yet with this because I have other more critical problems to deal with first. As soon as I’m able to, I’m planning on going to my orthopedic surgeon that did my frozen shoulder surgeries to see what he says about this winging situation because at this point I can’t even sit straight in a chair or get comfortable in bed. I will try my best to leave an update. In the meantime, hopefully, this PT will help us all.

I have no idea how I injured my shoulder woke up a week ago and began to have shoulder aching as of my shoulder muscle was sore. Never went away then noticed I couldn’t lift my arm much over my head and some pain. It’s been over a week supposed to start PT next week but I can’t stand this dual continuous aching pain . It’s hard to find a sweet spot to stop the pain. Never had any shoulder issues before. I do work out . I’m 48 .. just trying to find info on what I’m going thru and what to do.

So many things could be going on. I would start by ruling out Parsonage Turner syndrome, frozen shoulder, cervical herniated disc, rotator cuff etc... A PT should be able to help sort this out. Good luck!
