Your post-race perspective is super helpful. The TV announcers do a great job explaining the race situation when they're live (Hinchcliff is excellent!), but then seeing your analysis afterwards provides an extra layer of insight that makes me appreciate the strategies in IndyCar even more. Seriously, is there a racing league more competitive than IndyCar?! The talent throughout the teams is impressive.

Yeah I agree with you Grosjean if they had told you 3 laps earlier you could have push for first place you had plenty of push to pass. Longbeach race was awesome can't wait to be there next year cheering you on brother.

You had really strong pace all weekend, unfortunate there wasn't enough fuel to utilize the push-to-pass. Regardless, P2 two years in a row! Glad to have witnessed them both, third time's the charm!

Bonjour Romain. je suis Français, et plutôt que de suivre la F1, je préfère l'Indy. Tes vidéos sont géniales, mon seul regret est que mon anglais est trop médiocre pour comprendre ce que tu y énonces. Quel dommage. Dis donc, quel début de saison ! t'es au top. j'ai l'impression que tu serais leader du championnat si tu n'avais manqué, de si peu, tes podiums aux deux premières. J'aimerais savoir ce qu'il s'y est passé, mais je n'arrive pas à comprendre vraiment s'il y a faute ou pas et de qui. Romain this isn't specifically about Long Beach rather your 2023 season as a whole... You have been the best IndyCar driver in 2023 thus far. Both crashes were not in anyway shape or form your fault, obviously McLaughlin apologized, I don't think Malukas did but should. If not for those crashes you would and should be leading the championship this season. Anyway I am fast becoming a fan thanks for what you are doing appreciate your channel. I'm rooting for you to be champion this season and I believe you are capable since Andretti finally are performing like they should. Keep up the great driving and enjoy yourself with the ability to win races. Clearly you are fast enough.

Dude, that was great racing. I thought you had it. I get the reason for posting.. so it was smart racing! I raced for five years.. Won 200 trophies.. I've been watching F1 and to be honest. I hate it.. money sets the race pace in F1.. I'd much rather race indy cars because your in thick of it.. I loved racing when it was super competitive.. I hated racing when I was out in front alone.. I liked the win. I didn't like the race.. I like it when cars are touching each other and pushing into corners.. that's racing for me! You could win the championship this year! The cars hot!

He has said multiple times he has no interest in ever going back to F1. He says he loves Indycar and he and his family love living in Miami. He said the only way he would ever go back would be he would have to have a top ride like Redbull.

I wonder how Grosjean honestly thinks of oval racing? the no media training 'respect american racing' type answer, but the real deal opinion he has on it I think it is boring and dangerous, made by money men in the 30s and 40s to pack in a drunk audience to watch drivers die in fire balls, nascar lost viewership because it is less dangerous, just facts, no skill to nail a lap, just a car engine, real tracks measure real skill

Sorry, this isn’t racing. Following each other around. Coasting into brake zones. Conserving tires. Not being able to use the push to pass. Saving fuel just to make it to the end. Is this series now run by the EPA? 😕. If Indycar doesn’t let these guys race, I won’t be watching.
