any chance you could do a video on scanning polaroid’s?

I would definetly watch a livestream! My question for you is what instant camera is best for capturing travel memories? I love the Instax Wide format, but all the cameras seem big and bulky to carry around. Currently I'm leaning towards the Instax Neo 90, but I'd love to hear your thoughts Or could the Instax Square format be a good middleground? Also, please let me know if you have any tips on using and Instant camera/general thoughts when capturing travel memories. (:

yeah traveling with instant photography is a bit tricky, also if you think about the temperature changes ;) but would be an interessting discussion

have you had any issues with the outer surface layer of the camera peeling off? mine is mostly peeling in the corners where it makes more contact with other things. i love the look of the camera but i'm so sad it's peeling ; (

good question, the glas for sure is supieror in image quality, but it's really wide angle. if you are ok with the wideangle i would go for the glass

Lomography Lomo’Instant Automat Glass Magellan. ? So other models of Automat are plastic lens? I’m confused what “glass” means, it’s exclusive to the Magellan? Is the wide lens the only one provided?

automat glass is only one with glass lens, can buy in a set with 2 (technically 3) lens adaptor things, one close up (reduces (increases?) min, focus distance to 10cm), one fisheye (no idea why you'd want that tbh on this lens) and what they call a "splitzer" which is meant to help compose multiple exposure frames.

Wide-angle? Would be interesting to me. But I'm surprised by the quality of the lens (to say it's Lomo), it seems way better than the Instant Wide's lens which I hate!

the quality is pretty damn good to be honest, but the images are so small. can't tell if i would be working with the camera alot but i dont think so.

Yeah, the picture size is frustrating with Instax Mini. I'd love an Lomo Instant Wide camera but with a good lens!

Hi. Schöner kanal. Ich hab auch einige alte Polaroid Kameras. Die Anzahl der Schnitte in deinem Video ist meiner Meiner Meinung nach etwas irritierend. Gibt es auch eine Website für z.B. das Schnittmuster für den neuen Lederbezug aus deinem Video über die SX-70 Polaroid Kamera?

Sie ist halt extrem weitwinkelig und damit hast du automatisch ein wenig vignetierung, wäre mir aber jetzt nicht ausgesprochen negativ aufgefallen

And do you know if you can attach colour filters on the flash to make the photos have colour filters on the images as I read something about this but I'm not sure !

if you use the flash it could work for concerts that are on small stages, for big ones without flash not at all you can add color gels to every flash

How is Instax a small format? It's a small print from an almost medium format negative... Think about it!

Daniele T forse sono un po’ in ritardo col risponderti, ma in poche parole ha detto che: la lente è di vetro ed ha una buona qualità per la foto, ma devi tenere conto che ha un’ottica “wide” (estesa). Questo lo fa notare quando ha fatto vedere il primo scatto che sarebbe del comodino/ripiano dietro di lui. A causa di questo dice che se, come lui, hai intenzione di fare dei ritratti o alcune ritratti ravvicinati (“close-up”) devi davvero essere vicino al soggetto e quindi (se fosse una persona) non è molto carino. Secondo lui è più una macchina fotografica per “street photography”. Per la lente dice anche che non ti devi preoccupare perchè è davvero “”pulita”” (sharpe, non trovavo traduzione migliore) nel mettere a fuoco l’immagine. Poi ha parlato del fatto di stare attenti alla posizione in cui scatti, perché lui ad esempio ha fatto degli scatti capovolti e che ha l’attacco per il treppiede.
