Why would you wait for someone to clean up the trash? Why not gather all the locals there and clean the island together?

Can you maybe go into the business revolving these villas? Are you and Jon going to build rental properties as well? Or are you building properties for your own use and were given a plot for free/a reduced price for marketing purposes?

Maybe next time could try some SFX type drone shot😍 instead of background music style, overall,this vlog is perfectly done

Bennie… beautiful shots and really great editing all! Best I have ever seen ! But, I know it’s all about making money, but sometimes it feels like you are selling your soul. All these advertisement for Tampah… Too much.. view villa really great.. but the project is not like that..!! A lot of land selling! Most people will not build. You know that also. Besides how about local people…? Poor local people, they have sold their land for really less money. Besides when you see the prices of land and villa.. local people should be supported much more! I have been there , I have spoken to young people at the beach. They are hoping a lot and they did not get much. They hope a lot o people will come to the beach so they can make money with selling food and so.. but reality is different, Tampah Hills will build own restaurants beach bla bla.
