Why so much capital

You can literary see 90% people are deprived of true meaning of democracy and secularism. People are deprived of meaning of sustainable, scientifical and democratical development.. But, the condition is too poor in other parts of country....

Secularism?? What does it mean ?? All regions can continue spreading fanaticism & all( even Marxists)say it's OK. But Hindus ( unfortunately the so called majority community ) if try to assert their right ,they are termed Communal . This is the so called Secularism !!
