Hi everyone, and sorry for my bad English in the video.
Logitech G933 Problems and issues - How to fix G933 mic and sound.!
In this video, I would try to show you how to fix some bug's/issues with the Logitech G933. This method can fix most of your issues.
This guide will help you to reinstall the Firmware on your G933 and possibly can fix the problem you are having with your Headset.
Can't you read the Lines? Then are the lines her you are needed.
1. cd: C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\FWUpdate\G933
2. G933Update_v25.exe /FORCE

    Attention! - The link in the description does not work anymore after Logitech has removed the firmware link. - But you can reinstall the firmware, by doing the same steps in the CMD as shown. This should still help to reset some of the bugs. And have in mind, you will maybe need to repeat this reset few times before it will work, some just need to do it one time, other need to maybe do it 2 or 3 times. - Good luck everyone! :) !!!DANSK!!!     Mads it was an easy tutorial to follow but at the end plugging my usb wireless connector directly into the motherboard did the trick for me. I had given up on the software, having had issues with it every time I downloaded it, but I am confident that direct connection to the motherboard married with your suggestion to do a forced update through the CMD did the trick.     For all of you haters out there that do not appreciate this video you should reconsider since this guy spent his time trying to fix your headset by making a video and uploading it on youtube. He had the guts to do that but i do not see any of you guys trying to do the same this as him because you all a weak and stupid.     if the only complains you are getting are for your "bad second language", then consider your video well done. you talk to the point and short and simple. thank you. oh and 933 is the best headphones Logitech made, the dolby tech inside is the best, i tried all they had to offer and yet to find better from them. its pisses me off that they made the frame from shity plastic.

    Hi Mads, firstly your english is fine. I got the message and it worked for me. I downloaded an older version of the software though. Was getting very frustrated with the Logitech site in looking for a fix. Thumbs up.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH, AFTER LIKE MONTHS OF NOT USING THESE ARTEMIS SNOW HEADSETS AND DUE TO ACCIDENTALLY CLICKING THE WRONG COLORED HEADSET, I CAN FINALLY USE THESE NORMALLY AGAIN THANK YOU OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH MYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY AND FOR THE RECORD THE WHITE AND BLACK COLORED HEADSET HAVE DIFFERENT FIRMWARE FOR SOME REASON I THINK. that's what starte my issua , was clicking the black one instead of the white one

    just do it. after two years with them, trust me, just fucking take it back. This video will not fix it in the long run.

    You are right it wont fix the problem for ever, it will come back again, but you can do the same fix again to remove it, but some like Logitech and will repeat the steps to keep there headset. But there are allmost no headset in the world that dont have problems, all have, but in a diffrent way.

    Thank you for the help on updating it but the mic still doesn’t work for me even after I updated it. Not sure why maybe the update itself doesn’t fix anything.

    I'm not sure, but maybe you need to reupdate it again? But im not sure if this is going to help for you, but i had a problem one time where it did not fix first time but second time it got fixed.

    You welcome im glad you can use my guide. Thats sad it had some problems there, but i have just recived an update to my G Hub today, witchs fix some bugs, Maybe that one for you? And if you gonna test it, i would like to know if they have fixed it or not. :)

    My firmware update crashed after two hours stuck. Not working wirelessly anymore. I gave up for some time but I will try everything again now. See you in an hour to tell if it worked or not

    I'm trying to use the headset only with the cable, so I guess it should have the power turned off, but then the mic doesn't work anymore. The audio works ok, only the mic doesn't. And if I use it with the USB plugged in and it powered on, them both works ok.

    Your headset must be turned on, when you use cable, or wireless. If you switch it off, its like you siwth your light off in your room :)

    @@springloppen Then why use a cable version if using the cable still consumes it's battery? Seems a really weird option to use. I wanted to use the cable just so I don't need to keep charging it sometimes. BTW, thanks for the answer.

    sometimes when my headset loses range it loses connection and then its get stuck, can't turn it on or of. restarting pc didn't work so i simply took the battery unplugged it and plugged it back in and now its fixed. 2nd time this year sadly.

    The firmware you reinstall are going to fix the problems, because Logitech has removed the link that i refer to. So they only way, is to do the same as i do but only use the same firmware. - Don't worry i understand you :)

    I have a lot of problems with this headset.first, it was disconnecting after each computer reboot. firmware update partly fixed it (it disconnects sometimes, but not always). but the biggest problem - it stopped charging completely. when i connect USB cable it just stops any audio. no charge from external charger as well. very bad product form Logitech

    True, your are not alone with the problems, i had a Logitech G930 Where it's disconneted when it wants. And G933 i have problems with the lights are flashing when people are talking, and cannot remove it, but when i do a Firmware update it stops. But how old is your Headset? And any warenty on your headset? If its shorter then 1 or 2 years, you can maybe contact Logitech and tell them the problem, i did this for a G930 where i had alot of trouble and when i send them some infomation, i got a new G930 from Logitech it selfs. :)

    @@springloppen no clue how old is it. i bought it refurbished on ebay (from U.K.) with 1 month warranty i believe. there was statement on seller page that product is fully working. with the latest firmware it is not disconnecting. as for charging issues i ended up soldering a tiny charging PCB inside the left earpiece and drilling a hole for microUSB socket :)

    @@springloppen yes, it works. disconnects happen of course but much more rarely than before firmware update. no problems with LEDs like you had. and now i can charge the battery using my mod :)

    I dont know how G HUB, are setting up the maps in Windows, but if it's same as in my video, you should find a map called 635, just like i found my map called 933. :)

    @@tomassilva5814 So you have tried many times, so the problem must be somewhere else. :( As you say USB or othere place. How old is the Headset? Else you can maybe talk to Logitech. If the headset is not that old again.

    Please help, I still have no one answer my question. Should I use the USB cable that goes with the g933? mine broke and whenever I try to charge my g933 with a different usb cable, it doesn't charge...

    Hi, thanks for your message, Yes you should use your Logitech USB Charge cable to connect. If you dont have as you said, you can use anothere one. But there can be a problem with some otheres, but keep trying with diffrents, but remember the USB must be conneted to the Computer, same as the jack. I had try to charges my G933 with a diffrents cable too, its not allways easy. But there can be some that work and some dont do. - Hope it will work for you :)

    @@springloppen thanks for the quick reply! Tried out what i have in my home but to no avail, saw one in amazon that is 900jpy and will arrive tomorrow, will give that a shot and if it still fail, i will have to buy the original usb cable… will update you tomorrow! Thanks again!!

    @@MrPheropod Do the input port in your headset have damges? like it cant hold a cable or any thing.? For that will be why it wont charges. - But i really hope it will work for you so you dont need to fight with it more. :)

    What communication are you using. Discord, Skype, Teamspeak? - Normally it's not because of your headset, but how sensitive you have set that software you are using. Hope that help GhoulHackZ :)

    Der går nok 5 max 10 min. Men normalt ikke særlig længe nej. Langere tid en 10 min så den nok stock.

    You can do the same in CMD as showen in video, but you cannot download the firmware, but you dont need that, when you just replace the same firmware as showen, and that should fix the problem too. :) Hope you understand me. :)

    Tried to disconnect the battery for 5 min, and connect it again and turn off and on to see if that work?

    @@springloppen sorry for being mean then i was angry, nice vid tho, I fixed it my self, Also is there anymore tutorial videos? if so, can you help me and other with the popping sounds of the g635 headset wired? Because mine at random times makes popping sounds and disconnects and my mic doesnt work, then i gotta unplug and put it back in to fix it. Is it the wire or my headset?

    @@Original_LK The firmware is what you gonna download or reuses the same firmware that is in the Map I show in "Logitech gaming software" - And the receiver is for the wireless headset or the dongle. it called. BTW for your G635, I don't know if this kind of Headset uses firmware.? If so maybe you can do the same as I did in the video? If not, maybe it can be the Jack input in your headset or as you say maybe the cable? And I have just released a subtitle as you request :)

    @@springloppen i found a way to fix this issue. 1. Uninstall LGS. 2. Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%. 3. Delete the Logitech folder in AppData. 4. Open Device Manager, go to "Sound, Video and game controller" and uninstall all Logitech devices you see there(right click, uninstall). 5. Download LGS_8.85.215_x64_Logitech.exe Dont install yet 6. Disconnect the headset from PC and keep it disconnected 7. Restart PC. 8. Install LGS_8.85.215_x64_Logitech.exe 9. Restart PC. 10. Re-connect the headset. Dont mess with the configuration
