Star Wars Galaxies is an MMORPG that was released in 2003. It's still my favorite Star Wars game to this day. The official servers were shut down years ago, but there are a few dedicated player-made servers running with sizable populations. This footage was recorded on the Star Wars Galaxies Legends server. I love it when HelloGreedo embraces his roots like this. I’ve read the book and was one of his earliest subscribers. One of the best Star Wars fans in the galaxy as far as I’m concerned.

Not gonna lie, upon reading the tittle I chuckled as I looked at who uploaded. Never expected this, but greatly appreciated.
I hope they make something like this game again because i've only heard of what it was and have never played it. I could play the dedicated servers (which I probably will give a go) but I hope to get a game like this for my generation ya know?

Sadly, the closest is probably Roblox.
I really wish I had a pc so I could play this game. It be awesome playing with you guys. I love the idea MMO Star Wars game and grinding to become a Jedi.
Dunno what prompted this but I suppose I can appreciate it all the same.
I never had a chance to play Star wars galaxies ☹️ or the old Republic. what have I missed out on?

You can still play SWG, there are fan servers that range from largely classic of SWGEmu to the community updated but after-controversial-update version of SWG Legends server.
