A DLP may be utilised in several different ways, with the ability to combine the strength and stability of the locking construct with axial compression using non-locking cortical screws, where clinically appropriate.
In this video, we demonstrate plating of a mid-diaphyseal comminuted fracture using a Dynamic Locking Plate in bridging mode, as part of a plate-rod construct.
