I think you're very brave. I don't think I could have slept knowing that mannequin was with me in that confined space. Thanks for bringing history to life.

Wouldn't it have been made a bit more comfortable for the priest? Wouldn't there have been a rug and something like tapestries on the walls for warmth and to hide sound? Would there have been a candle and maybe a little table and chair? A cot to sleep on? A chamber pot, a jug of water or ale, bread and cheese and maybe even an hour glass to keep track of time? If I were going to hide a priest I'd have those spaces stocked a bit for comfort. But maybe there's something I don't know about that would keep them from doing that. The red herring jewelry box was pretty smart!

Any good ghost stories associated with the house?
