I'm a bit confused by your presentation. Is this condo for families or single or young couples? is it for hipsters or professionals? I did like how you explained the double balcony and its uses but you didn't show me the view. I think showing people the view in the main rooms would have been great. I also liked how you said the lights illuminate when you open the closet.

Beatniq is a luxury condominium located on the main Sukhumvit Road, with its outstanding facade, practical room layout and timeless design, we can say that it is for everyone from families to young professionals. In regard to the view, we didn't show it because the views would vary depending on the available units for sales; this is just the show suite. Still, we shall include it on our next videos. Appreciate your feedback! :D
