Nice condo, but that marble is ugly AF. I think this would need about $40-60 grand worth of work to rip out all that hideous black and white marble and put something nicer in. It looks like the cheapest of the cheap, and it's tacky AF. The walls in the bathroom don't even look real. Edit: and wtf is going on with that kitchen island. Pick a marble and stick to it. Gross.

great condominium and apartments but what is the price of the leases or sales? Calling or contacting real estate agents or the owners sucks because generally a kind of link or obligation is created with them just by contacting them, I have seen it many times, so knowing the price of the products presented would be great to know before writing or call or whatever Finally, the girl presenter is very nice and pleasant, only that vocal fry way of speaking that she has is quite annoying, it is not necessary to speak like that, that the Kardashians do it does not mean that all women have to do it

Sexy bath?? The real purpose of the glass panel is to let natural light in... it's not about the "sexy" factor. You will notice that this feature is only used when a bath is set "inside" the structure with no access to natural light source
As I ever seen, Oka room layout really take care about air circulation. Its design quite balances and fit, not too much or too less either personal room and public facilities. Ohhhhh it's really my dream to have it. But only one don't appreciate for me is it's location. I don't like location atmosphere. However if one day I have a chance to get its, after visiting and evaluating atmosphere inside the building, I will rethink again. .......It's truly my dream condo.
