If you buy a condo for over 10 million baht, you get an elite visa for free, it shows how many vacant new condos there are that they can not sell. I would like to see condos in buildings where prices have plummeted by more than 50% in recent years.

Great location for anyone thinking of retiring to BKK, especially with Bumrungrad Hospital a short walk away. Of course, if you have no chronic health issues then, the only concern would be the street noise factor.

Sexy bath?? The real purpose of the glass panel is to let natural light in... it's not about the "sexy" factor. You will notice that this feature is only used when a bath is set "inside" the structure with no access to natural light source
