dance video by: • LEARN THESE TIK TOK DA...
hello axolots I see we are all gathered here today to say goodbye to the departure of Faline spam's last thread of a healthy sleeping schedule. Forever will it be missed, haven't seen it in like 6 years but forever will it be missed anyways 💔
ANYWAYS hope everyone's doing well, I have not been vibing very well due to the fact that my brain is so incredibly huge and swimming in many thoughts. I honestly wanted to just stop overthinking things to much and used the #art of videography to monetise my agony into #entertainment (jk it was a nice distraction and helped me settle my thoughts B] )
I have been feeling the great burnts of outs lately and decided that I'm too worried over whether or not what I post will be yummy enough for everyone, it's been a while since I did a spontaneous filming so I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did, even if it wasn't as exciting :]

this was honestly an extremely comforting video. i'm 21, but the thing about hitting adulthood is that you don't feel any different than when you were 16-17. you still feel anxious and awkward and useless. so reminding myself that the Fellow Kids also feel this way is... honestly oddly soothing. like i'm not the only one who feels restless at 2am because of the demons in my head. this video felt like hanging out and having a sleepover with an old friend from school, reliving the old days when we didn't have to worry about moving out and getting jobs. thank you, Faline, i really needed this. i think i'm gonna go get a snack (i think we have some expired peanut butter...) and then try to sleep.

my perception on life started going downhill since 14 and still going on till now im 19 (this year imma be 20). i still cant comprehend the fact that we are currently living in this kind of world. corrupt, capitalistic, polluted and the way media teach us about how suck adulthood is. i never look forward to the future bcs well the climate change is on the way right 🙄 humanity keeps decreasing every second and it seems like we all are just tiny individuals who try so hard to cling to any piece of sanity left. like there's nothing normal in how the world works rn and suddenly we have to bear the dumb ass decisions the boomers made that eventually also involves our safety and well being in the future

You know, I feel like this video is such a comfort. I’m also 17, turning 18 on April 18th. I have less than a month to move out. My parents don’t want me to go, and they’ve done nothing wrong, I’m not like in a terrible abusive situation… but I desperately need to go. it’s a self-imposed deadline that was from spurred within me by a want to be independent, have a job in the city, have a consistent community, be near the man I love, actually be able to go to church on Sunday, all that. Everything is going so fast, and it’s exciting to no end, but it’s still just so *much* that I’m exhausted now. And seeing this video… I mean it’s not only evidence of someone whose going through the same thing, but it’s also showing me that it’s not always going to be super busy and stressful. Sometimes it’ll be 2:00am and I can do whatever the frick I want. So thanks, Faline

I remember feeling the exact same you do before starting uni a few years ago. Finished high school and had a very crippling dread of being forgotten. Also wasn’t doing very well socially in my first year so that made things worse. But here’s the thing, people who truly care about you will never forget you. Time will tell who those people are. I’m still in touch with my closest friends from school and I’m sure you will be too. There is also of course the fear of not making friends but honestly don’t worry, things will sort themselves out eventually. I made most of my uni friends through my uni’s… anime society… BUT THAT’S besides the point. You’re a funny individual, whoever you make friends with will be luck to have you as one. For the time being…keep doing what you’re doing! lol hope

nobody ever really prepared me for this part of late teens, i don't think anyone really could, because too much unpredictable happened so fast, but I'm happy I'm not the only one who has these little crises and 1am. it's oddly comforting watching someone else rant about similar stresses to mine, its nice to not feel alone.

You're incredibly relatable, and this video lowkey restored my faith in humanity and making friends Perhaps- if there's people like you out there, I can make friends I like I appreciate your content and everything you. I usually freeze up when I get very anxious but ngl I might try doing random shit for fun. People say I'm a very serious person. (I take life too seriously) I think i've got a few things to learn from you. Humour at the very least.

Me too! My anxiety about people and school and growing up is spiralling. Although I’m very very anxious and confused most of the time i end up winging it and get lost… and get anxious about getting lost…. Think I should take it a little bit more seriously. So sometimes think it’s okay to let loose and sometimes it’s good to be serious. It’s all about 💕🐣balance🐣💕.

I want to fix my anxiety as well so badly but I always end up messing up something which makes me feel like shit and then I go back to where I started. It then takes a long time for me to get back into trying again. Even if I succeed a little, the feelings and panic still come back every time with full force. It's agonizing. But I have gotten a bit better lately by being a bit more positive and not hating myself all the time. I also started listening to music a lot which was quite surprising because I have never been a person who has ever been interested in music. Idk why tf I am writing like I am doing a confession in this random comment reply section like this. I think I just felt everyone's giving their own experience with anxiety and stuff and I have been facing a lot of issues with that too and I just wanted to get it off my chest because there's no one else who I can tell this to. (Sorry if this seems cringey)

@@Shilpa_Kujur hey, I’m just like you. I also have loads of panic attack. In fact last term I had so much self loathing I stopped going to school for the entire term. It is very very agonizing, tiring and frustrating. I cried a lot. And of course this is not cringed at all, this is serious because it affects me and you a lot. Thank you for sharing your experience makes me feel that I am not alone. I’ve been going to therapy and have been learning to tackle it. Also for tips to get into doing something before getting overwhelmed is remembering that this is a trick of the brain making you think you can’t do it. And each time you do end up doing it you train your brain to believe in urself. Also for panic symptoms, I’ve learnt that touching ice or rubbing ice on ur cheeks really grounds you. And another technique for panic is box breathing(do look it up it’s incredibly affective for me and I do it while studying too). Remind yourself to be kind and take breaks but never give up. In therapy I’ve also learnt about the cycle of negative thoughts that go through, if you do want I can see the workbook to you if you provide your email address. (Sorry about the long comment) I hope you feel better bai baiiii~~
