Cheers from California, USA. Love your videos, you work hard for your catch. We' re allowed 10 per day in season here. We limit most of the time in a few hours at the Islands . Different type of Lobster, spiney Lobster, doesn't have the large claws. We also have Dungeness Crabs, stone crabs, our Spider crabs are huge. I enjoy you and your sons channel, interesting the different types of fish you have.

Hi Jack, fair enough, sounds cliche but I enjoy being out there , I agree to make some serious $ you need big scale, but I really do just enjoy to see what is in them when I bring them up 🐟

some massive weed attatched to them ropes so are you limited to fish too

Most of the fish have quotas but not much that will affect me, other than closed season for bass in March and April, I don’t have any shellfish entitlement just the 5 lobsters and 25 crabs per day which is still generous as I would need 50-100 pots in the water on rotation to harvest that much 🦀 🦞

That bleeping all the way through your video was very annoying how do you put up with that all day, you seem to carry alot of weight on your boat what size engine do you have and speed etc, here in the USA we try to carry as little weight as possible as every little helps with fuel and speed, please stop that BLEEPING

Hi Big Dave, water got into a sensor for a backup panel, can’t silence the alarm but still want to go fishing. Engine is a 195hp onboard diesel. Weight wise there is a bit of gear but no more than having a person or two onboard Yes apologies for the bleeping, the new part should be arriving soon
