It is so nice when she comes out to bash with me. And I don't have to feel bad about buying another RC. I used to worry about that, but not anymore. She absolutely lights up when she runs her cars, and I love to see that in her. By the way, she's been doing this for over 35 years with me. Thanks for the comment. AJ

In case you didn't know...The new "batch" is more durable. It already comes with the new upgraded axle housings.

The bodies aren't very good, you gotta put some flex seal or something or when you roll the paint will start chipping off

That extra battery strap is longer than the one on the truck.

I’m curious, do you run one of the more advanced transmitters like the Spektrum DX5c? I have the SR6110AT in my Kraton 8S EXB, Typhon 6S V5, & E-REVO 2.0 and the SR315 in my Limitless, all controlled with the DX5C. While I understand most of the settings and have watched other videos and read up on the ones I don’t quite get, I’m still confused by many of the options. I’d love to see an in depth video on an advanced transmitter.

I don’t know if you can tell from the box. Mine was the upgraded version and I just picked it off the shelf.

My only issue was that I rolled over in the dirt one time and some of the paint scraped off from underneath :(

Yours looked really slow, did you run it on 3s? I do and it is seriously fast.

My wife, who's car it is, likes 3s - 75%. I ran it on 3s 100% for all of my runs. It is fast, but the handling on the terrain I was running on did not allow much in the way of speed. The gravel was loose, and the terrain was uneven for traction and all. Still, a fun car to run. Thanks for the question. AJ

What other body options are there? I’ve been leaning towards the roller but haven’t found any options for the body outside of the standard two. I’d really like a BigFoot but I know Traxxas has that locked down and unfortunately they made it a beginner starter low end truck instead of going the route Losi did with this one.

If you look at your local hobby store you should have a few options but there might be a bit of work to mount them. It’s usually worth it. 😎👍
