I was surprised with the amount of large kids in 2021, the last LLWS (2019) had no 6 footers or mustache kids.. Obviously that was due to moving the maximum age down from 13 to 12 but this LLWS made the 2019 one look tiny in comparison while obviously still having the same age rules..

Yea but those are to showcase individual players. These are the best teams from their hometowns from many different states and countries.

The field looks small

Even at this level the home plate umpires are terrible, the kid wearing number 3 was actually pitching more strikes than what was called by the umpire, this just proves all umpires make their own strike zones unfortunately it forces pitchers like this kid to pitch more and thusly wearing them out, umpires need to stop doing this and keep the strike zone and strike zone.

At 1:00:59, the batter agrees. The only solace is that if an umpire is calling a wacky strike zone, s/he's calling it for both teams.

Nope, no leading from the bases in Little League. I used to hate that, next level up was called "Teener League" where I grew up, at that level we could take leads and it was a different world, I stole a lot of bases back then. Pitcher's heel would come up and I was off.

Home plate ump needs new glasses, or he was in on the fix. Ohio should've won this game, very bad calls and extremely prejudiced. Corruption in Little League, inexcusable. Thanks for allowing me to watch this after working 14 hours and missing the broadcast. Sorry but had to speak my mind. Not a fan of either team, ump was biased, period.

In LL umps tend to give pitchers a bit of leeway on the plate. It's nonsense. I umped little leageu in my local town when i was in high school and i never gave them an inch. Learn to hit the strike zone kids.
