He’s talking about the difference between moving them realistically and instead shoving them somewhere else. Realistically do you think it will take 1 week to move 1 million people. Have you seen an evacuation order go to well. Logistically is is impossible to do an evacuation of that order. Ill lead the humanitarian logistics up to the people on the terrain because in spite of all the arm chair logisticians it is much different on the ground and around the operations

From my understanding SHOULD Ukraine use Munitions to fire into Russian Territory supplied by The UK, The USA etc President Putin can interpret this action as The UK is at war with Russia The USA is at war with Russia.
