Llandudno Transport Festival Road Run 2022 30.04.2022 - Classic cars trucks buses tractors vans
After a three year break the Llandudno Transport Festival makes a welcome return.
One event I always go to see is the annual road run. Here the classic vehicles are seen leaving the festival field at Craig-y-Don as they set off on a route around Llandudno and Conwy.
There is also a great selection of vehicles such as cars, buses, lorries, vans, fire engines and tractors.
Despite being a little bit wet there was still a good turn out and the crowd were encouraging the lorries in particular to blow their horns.
Enjoy a selection of mainly British vintage vehicles with a good selection of American vehicles too.

Llandudno is the best
Thanks so much for sharing; it's wonderful people still keep these old vehicles going otherwise we'd lose this heritage.

Thanks John. Glad you enjoyed the video. They do a lot of good work and it is better to see these old vehicles running rather than sat in a museum
Oh yes... I remember them all.. Thanks for sharing. God bless you.

I live in Llandudno--the whole Extravaganza was fantastic.
Saw Graham Ryder there with his Ex Ribble then Southport open top single decker, all vehicles beautifully restored.

Thanks. Nice van you've got
Who were the lucky folks riding on some of those buses and coaches? Did they buy tickets or were they related in some way?
@RWHTrains
2 жыл бұрын
They were picking up from outside Bodafon Fields but I didn't see any signs about buying tickets, costs etc. I guess they must have been people who bought tickets to go on the field and a trip was included in the ptice
Well captured...

@@stevenakiens3156 Thanks for that. I noticed it had no front number plate (naughty naughty!) otherwise i'd have done a DVLA search. Blimey i'm 71, consider myself a car fanatic and know all the micro car models, yet i'd never heard of a Lambretta Willam before!! Must be pretty rare as there aren't any listed on the "How Many Left" website.
