At last a good test with the tuning barrel without the extension! I have the compact myself and don't want the barrel extension because it wouldn't be eh... " compact" anymore...🤷🏻‍♂️... Because of your results I will now get one! Thanks👍🏻

The tuning barrel by itself even without the extension did better than i thought. I would totally test the Hdp50 compact tuning barrel for you, but i abused my compact with large steels balls until the detent was no more so it is isnt operational at this time. I would expect the results to be no different and would expect an improvement. Thanks for dropping a line.

I am not sold on the colour of the orings meaning anything. Orings can come in many different colours but can also be of the same composition. Colour doesn’t always mean it’s different.

I think those gaps you have in the silencer with the foam... air catches perhaps

Real suppressors do cut velocity to some degree so i image the same principle applies here.

Test with 12 and 16inch barrel..realy give power, with modified full kit. Only bad thing with this markers..12g get stuck in the handle bar.

Yes the 12g co2 wont last long. Eventually i will be testing more extensions when i decide on a build. Its going to be a doozy 😂

Is the running barrel steel or aluminum and is there a difference in either one

HD24 only sells the tuning barrel for 50cal in steel. The aluminum one you may have seen is a knock off from Riot Balls USA which i have never tested.

the other one is a bit fatter than the other one the neck before the restrictor

Could it be the foam inside is clipping the balls . Shame you didn't do test figures before modding the foam insert.

It is not possible for it to clip the foam as there is an internal perforated tube the ball travels through. I did do some brief testing prior to cutting the insert but didnt pay near enough attention to the data.
