My springs were also flying. I lost the sear spring. But with a little patience and determination I wound my own spring. It took multiple tries, and a lot of trial and error. The trigger is now even smoother with the new spring I made. Thanks to this video I managed to see what the spring must look like and copied it with the eyes.

let me start off by saying this is by far the best HDR.50 detailed disassembly/reassembly video out there . i have been modding these and the big canon the HDR.68 and especially my favorite the HDP.50 . i always said one day i will make a video showing people hot to do this but whats the point , THE MASTER "MASAKRA" HAS ALREADY DONE IT . your video cant be beat , it is awesome . when taking the valve out , that trigger seems to always want to jump out , to an untrained airgun gunsmith or someone who just loves to tinker , this can be a real nightmare . !!! lol the best advice i try to give people is keep one hand on all the parts with springs and use that same hand to help the other with installing the valve, bolt and powerful spring . i wish i would have found this video over a year ago , i also had a nightmare with this the first time LOL !!! i suggest every beginner start with the HDP.50 , its by far the easiest to work with and is my favorite so far !!! oh and this video can help people with problems with their HDR.68 ALSO . You are a valuable member in my book to the LESS THAN LETHAL COMMUNITY , THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR OUR COMMUNITY MY BROTHER , I KNOW ITS LATE BUT I FINALLY SUBBED TO YOUR CHANNEL , KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MY FRIEND . !!!!

This is a very demanding and stressful undertaking. While waiting for my upgrade part to arrive I watched countless FIY videos and thought it through relentlessly. Finally, after one day of procrastination I proceeded. I used strapping tape, sometimes multiple pieces for the 5 main springs. Then as an extra safety feature I used a sheet of Saran cellophane wrap; which I covered the entire piece I was working on. I dine this in case the tape didn't hold and one of the springs did what it does naturally. I also used a a medium sized C clamp to put back the ultra tight spring in the interior barrel. Saying it went without a hitch is wishful thinking, but keep in mind this was my first attempt and it did go off with just about no problems. The problems I'm referring to was getting all the tape off without causing a spring mishap. This is not to say it will work flawlessly for everybody, but it can't hurt to think it through.

Hello from America, I know I'm going off topic, but I find it more important to say. You are the classic Russian I come across in my day to day life including how to videos on KZread. And I have to say when I say classic I mean incredibly smart on many subjects. Russians seem very approachable, kind and friendly. They seem to want to help others and go out of their way to teach others almost to a fault. I'm sure you have criminal area's like everywhere else but generally Russia seems to be a place where people are happy. We seem to be very similar people and I can't see if we were neighbors we would have any problems. So why are both our Governments hard headed and don't get along. I find the Chinese people the same, and yet if you listen to the media at least here you would think we were going to wake up to ww3. I wish both, all governments would look to help each other. Maybe I smoked to much today. It just struck me.

No cóż bywa. WYCIEK zlikwidowałem WYJMUJĄC uszczelkę i dokładnie czyszcząc jeszcze raz tamto miejsce.

Hi, probably the spring on the barrel is not in place. Try to remove the barrel and twist the spring so that its end (the end of the spring wire) does not hit the edge of the cover. Spring should fit snugly on the left and right sides for mounting in the cover. Please, let me know if you managed to solve the problem, and if so, how. Merci et bonne chance.
