Matt really doesn't have a clue. You are supposed to be partners and in this together. Help your wife run the home and look after your children. Your day does not end when you knock off work. It's so important to have the support in all ways of your partner raising children. To be raising four all of the same age at the same time, I can't even imagine, especially with someone else under the same roof not pulling their weight. The couple with the ten year olds have always done remarkably well.

It would be easier to grandmother move in with the family instead of the parents rather than uprooting all the kids to live with the grandmother, which is essentially what they are doing. There’s a difference between getting grandma to help out when the parents are at work and packing them up to live with their grandmother and having visitation at the weekend.

Mothers don't LOVE to change babies all the time, (especially poopie ones) we change them because we love our babies. We want them clean and rash free. I don't mind doing changes, but I'm definitely more interested in other parts of childcare more.

Who loves to change a poopy baby? It is done because it needs to be done. My husband doesn't enjoy doing it either, but will help out with changes if needed. (We have 7 children and another on the way.) Since he works outside the home, of course I change them more, but if I'm busy cooking supper or something he will do the change. You don't have to pay for your children to be privately educated when it's beyond your financial means. If they didn't like their state primary school they could have easily found one that they thought was more willing to help the twins . All state primary schools have intervention strategies in place, to help children that find learning a little harder compared to average pupils.

Not all schools are built the same and they might need more than what there school can provide. State schools can only do so much. I don't know how the UK works but you can't go to a different towns public school when you have your own at least that how it works in the US. You are stuck with your local town school or private school or homeschooling.

I was a single mom of 5, and ran a day care center in which I cared personally of 3 to 5 babies. I loved it! I think it gets easier if we educate children in behaving themselves and respecting the home and each other. As I see all these children, they are left to be kind of wild, so that makes it much more difficult.
