I used to come home from the swing shift and wake the wife up to watch the Northern Lights . We were never disappointed of the wonders of nature. I only wish she was still her to enjoy those special moments. Enjoy every moment you have together.

I've never seen the Northern Lights in person. It must be magical.

I watch loads of vanlife videos. The selection on KZread is so extensive that I have to cull it, if I don't want to spend all day glued to the phone. One of the criteria I choose the channels by that make the cut is film making. Good videography, story telling, editing, narrating are indispensable factors for me to stick with a channel and yours are just out of this world. There are few channels out there that come up with videos as excellent as yours. I've only stumbled upon your channel recently, but I already know that it's a keeper. 👍🏽😉 All the best to you! Absolutely stunning. Thank you for sharing this. -11 is a bit nippy. I remember the first night I moved in my cottage in Suffolk UK and it got to -15 and even with an open fire and the heating on it was cold. This is proper winter. I get panicked when I see a flake on the farm I live on but I’m never going to complain again. Great video 😊😊😊😊

Breathtaking. Yours and Aj worlds seam year apart and it is just a 37hour drive or 2,220 miles there our there abouts. Two travels two lives epic and thank you.

You are so welcome! At the moment we can't do a huge amount on the buildings because we need to try and "straighten" them up in spring so plenty of time to enjoy the winter 😊

Compared to running your chainsaw and chop with an axe yeah, you do 3 weeks if work in 8 hours with that thing.

This is so crazy! I was only watching a programme yesterday of the northern lights and thinking how amazing it would be to see them. Then you are right there watching them for real and watch my little video today in my little shed.! What an amazing world we live in with technology! Fantastic! Just discovered your channel awesome stuff we did the trip from Yorkshire to northern Sweden in 2019 watching you go over the bridge from Denmark brought back a lot of good memories

The landscape is something else, used to live in Ontario for 26 year's, I am living is Samos Greece for 35 year's but I miss Canada, the temperature is so much colder in the winter, mines 20 is normal, thanks loved the video, enjoy.

I watched some of your ealier videos and they were a grainy terrible mess. Then all of a sudden your videos became epic. Either you hired a proffesional film company or your talent struck out. I think its a good move to go for the barn. Just clean it out, add insulation to walls and roof, add solar on top. Sure won't work between mid November and mid February, but you will be more or less self sufficient elsewhere when battery is added. Depending on your needs the solar doesnt need to cost an arm and a leg.
