Me too. But I gotta get my masters first and I’m headed to Cali for that so I’ll be comparing California and Florida. Florida’s so much more affordable though. And California can get a lil chilly in the winter (for me, at least) so I’m leaning towards Florida

Great video man! I went to USF about 12 years ago and alot of that stuff was not there. I remember downtown being so dead. I am in South Florida now, but thinking about moving back

Do you feel it's safe? Also, how is the traffic and/or congestion? I think Dunedin is supposed to be the best of both worlds?

Its just like any major city. If you want to find rough areas you can but overall i enjoy the city and the places i go i typically feel a level of safety with my family. Dunedin is a nice town. Watch my video coming out tomorrow as i interview people on the street ad safety is one topic

I dont unfortunately. 2 very different cities though. Miami is much busier than Tampa and more expensive. Thats the quick version. Both have a very different vibe to then

Tampa is less third world than Miami is. Everything in Miami is ran like a circus.
Man everytime u say heights I think of Seminole Heights first before Tampa Heights. Seminole Heights has alot of breweries
